Great place near the beach with a wide variety of entertainment. Great selection of food available at all serving times, especially for all inclusive. Few issues with the aircon and TV in the room. Local sites accessible with a taxi ride.

This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else!

Perfect for family holiday and very friendly staff

It was a wedding gift from my sister-in-law who had told the hotel.com adviser of the platform Hotel.com in Ireland and we are very disappointed with the services and service of the staff of this hotel when we arrived we were Waited for hours in the lobby without even offered a refreshing, we were housed in a low-end room I could not swim in the pool, there were no towels or toiletries. Toillettes in the room we requested and each time the person returned to our room without knocking on the door! the dishes from the buffet restaurant had no indication with or without pork !!! no respect for the customers !!!

It just not for families! It may be good for singles who want to get drunk all the time! The "All Inclusive" formula is not good for families. The animation and entertainment is the best though!

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations especially since it's a 3 star. This is the first place that I've stayed at in Tunisia that had a king sized bed! It's an all inclusive, beachfront property and within walking distance to most of the nightclubs. It's a nice mix of Tunisians and foreigners of all ages. It offered plenty of activities and the animation team were great! Even the 3 meal buffet had variety to it. Would recommend and definately return.

Really nice hotel, a quick cab ride from the old town or new. The beach was gorgeous with plenty to do. Pool was well looked after as well. Dinners were much better than breakfasts but the really polite staff were excellent throughout! A lovely place to relax!

I spent 3 nights in Samira and it was great. Breakfast and Dinner buffet were very good. Plenty of different activities. Room was spacious and clean. People were very polite. I had far better time here than a four star hotel I went to last year.

Hôtel avec des chambres anciennes d'architecture typique en voute très fonctionnelle, un petit jardin magnifique qui rappelle les jardins andalous, la nourriture variée et bonne. Les enfants ont adoré les toboggans. Animation variée pour les enfants. Personnel courtois et à l'écoute.
