Great stay and friendly staff!

Great location for downtown Minneapolis, everything is walkable. The hotel itself and room were nice, clean, quiet. There was a lack of signage to the hotel lobby from the parking garage, so at first it was difficult to find. Only thing that would’ve improved our stay is a microwave in the room.

Nice and convenient walk to Target Field. Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Elevator system is a little confusing. Definitely would stay here again for a night game at Target Field.

Was not given the correct room and was told there was nothing they can do about it. The room was dirty and had nasty stains on the couches. Everything was worn down.

Restaurant and Starbucks were closed

Property is difficult to access. Restaurant and bar is closed.

Diana who works there, helped set this up for my kids who were travelling on their own and she was an absolute GEM!!!! They had no issues checking in and felt safe and it was so close to the Stadium for the concert they were attending. Thank you Diana :)

Property was fine. Restaurant was closed for remodeling, so we had to seek outside options at the end of a long day but the concierge was very helpful. Pool had a metal bottom and was cold. Biggest disappointment was that we were in the pool for 2 hours and asked for towels 4 times during that time and they were never delivered. Terrible service from that standpoint.

Bedside lamps didn’t work and office chair was worn out but otherwise nice clean place , great location, and I would definitely stay there again

Una de las entradas al lobby es muy confusa, por qué hay que subir y bajar diferentes escaleras, debería de estar cerrada esa entrada ya que no fuimos los únicos huéspedes que pasamos por la misma confusión, y deberían de recomendar las direcciones de los estacionamientos en un folleto o algo similar al no contar con estacionamiento propio

No AC in first room. No vending machine. You would think the billionaires who own Marriott would have some self respect, and make their hotel, in an iconic area of downtown Minneapolis, a little nicer. Maybe if they took one less billion this year, they could improve the lives of their staff, and have a respectabe hotel. I dont think ac in the room is an reasonable assumption. Motel 6 has AC in every room. Just saying.

Super close to good dining locations, bars and events. The pool and hot tub are awesome. If you are not used to parking in Minneapolis, MN parking can be confusing but there are lots of parking garages nearby. Next time I would probably just use the valet option,

The air conditioning did not work in our room; we weren’t moved rooms until our final night / stay.

The hotel was alright but my room was weird as windows were up high on the wall. I can’t really look out / down as in a regular hotel window. Door of bathroom opens with swinging into the bathroom- and i don’t have space to stand at the sink. Need to close the door to have room to use the sink. Weird hotel room ever in all of my travels. Thumbs down on room.
