It was convenient but very basic. Main problem was getting past bottom of bed, the gap was only about 30 centimetres!

Room was comfortable and decent, but was quite smelly, no proper ventilation, especially in the bathroom.

Room very small but that was expected for the price. It was nice being within walking distance from the city centre so rich in history, theatre built in the first century by the Romans.

Clean and quiet which is all you need for an overnight stop. Hotel also sent us a message to confirm we had been allocated a ground floor room as requsted which was very much appreciated as it takes the worry out of travelling with a disabled partner as we knew we would be able to cope when we got there. Cleaning staff were friendly, polite and respectful. We enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful night.

A poor hotel in a chain I have found acceptable elsewhere. A bad smell meant we changed room after check-in, Although better we felt the standards at the hotel were not what we had found elsewhere with this chain.

Clean and safe. We needed to stop while on the road so it worked. The bed cover had rips and cigarette burns. Some late night noise by kids drinking in the parking lot. Not terrible but annoying

Good value

This hotel had been recently renovated. The staff at check-in were very friendly. It took between 5 and 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Orange. It's possible to see most of the major sites there within a few hours.

Check in was ok but information in English could have been clearer and easier.

Clean ....we had a third floor walk up....we are Seniors...with suitcases it eas a struugle... Very small shower.

Accommodation typical Premiere Class. Had a bad experience at check in despite showing the girl my confirmed booking for the room she insisted on overcharging me by 19.00 euros. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel and go elsewhere. This still has not yet been resolved because the staff in Orange do not speak English. Hotels.com have referred me to deal directly with Premiere Class Orange which is not helpful as I don't speak French so not sure how this will get resolved.. This isn't the first time Premiere Class have double / overcharged me that alone makes this a bad experience.

Tough to find hotel. I could hear the couple above me having xwz. Double bed really two singles pushed together, separated by morning. Price was good. Not much choice for eating around there.

'Shower room' was miniscule

Enkelt, men koselig og rent hotell rett i utkanten av Orange sentrum. Enkel parkering. Små rom og tynne vegger, men perfekt hotel for å stoppe over en natt eller to i Orange. Mye for pengene.

très mauvais accueil à la reveption

Très bruyant , des gens faisaient un karaoke jusqu’à 2h du matin,sanitaires des chambres à revoir, petit déjeuner pour 6,5 euros café 1 yaourt et un malheureux bout de pain c’est trop cher !!! Vraiment je n’y reviendrais pas !!!
