Good location, clean property, excellent staff.

Rooms are nice, clean with a nice view. Personnel are friendly and polite.

Located quite far from the tourist areas of interest, although in some respects that's better because it's less crowded and quieter. The staff was very friendly and professional

This hotel isn’t near the city center and it takes a good 30-40 mins to walk there! As a NH collection hotel was absolutely horrible! Hot at night where the AC didn’t work, super nosy at night and very average rooms . Not my first hotel I would recommend!

Excellent location

I believe this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. The location is perfect—within walking distance of a shopping center and well-connected by public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Hotel was great, really clean, lovely big room. Helpful staff. Little bit out the way of the tourist centre but easy to get there on metro.

This was a clean property and good staff. The jacuzzi didn't work in the spa and one of my complaints along with having an extra hour to check out is charged and should be considered complimentary. This would make me book again here

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The mattress and pillows were very clean and comfortable and the room is very clean and spacious.

At first they were not able to locate my reservation which I had done through Expedia and I had to wait and was upsetting but then all worked well and as a compensatory gesture they upgraded me to premium room. So it was good.

The stay was good and standard. The thing that wasn’t explained to me on the booking page was the superior room is not better than the premium room even though it cost more. You do not get spa access with the superior room. But you do with a premium room. You don’t have to pay the public price to use this 35 euros. The location is okay, but not the easiest for public transport.

Lovely hotel with plenty of shopping areas for those that don’t want to see tourist sites

Decent hotel. A one night stay over a weekend, everything inside the hotel was fine, however the noise from a local bar keep us awake almost the whole night finishing around 6am. The rooms need sound proofing.

Everything just works here and breakfast is super good.
