We had an absolutely lovely stay of 4 nights. One of the best hotels we have been to in awhile. All the staff were friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff to those serving on the rooftop bar. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. I liked that they didn't replace all our towels every day, many places do that now and I find it so wasteful, so well done to this hotel! The rooftop was a lovely area. We had a drink there on our first night, and then breakfast every morning with the amazing views. WiFi mostly worked, sometimes didn't work on our phones but probably due to 'peak times' with everyone back at the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, and was situated just off the front so 5 mins walk to the promenade, 10 mins to the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants etc nearby. Really helpful when we needed water late one evening. Upon check out we received a little fridge magnet to remember our time here. A charming hotel. We really would recommend!

By far the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever had. We had a great experience here. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are willing to help with whatever you need. The hotel also lets you rent a bike for free which you can use if you need to get around or for a little ride. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone else.

Overall

We went back and forth to get the ac working and it turned on at 11pm by midnight they turned it off, i woke up sweating. I didn't fit in the shower as a normal sized person. The toilet's flushing system was unconvinient. The staff was very nice but the biggest issue for me was the AC, that was horrible.

Reception was exceptional, the room was so very comfortable and the facility was very well kept. Breakfast is a must plenty of options to set you off on your travels!!

We loved the neighborhood. Room was small but adequate. Nice linens, updated and very pretty bathroom. We would stay again if returning.

Fantastic stay. Room very spacious. Fridge with complimentary water and soft drinks. Wi-fi super fast. Bathroom large with brilliant shower. Separate dressing room with storage for all luggage and clothes. 10 minutes walk from train station. 10 minutes walk from main shopping area, just a little further to sightseeing attractions. Very good price for this 4* city hotel. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great location, spacious room, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff. Offsite parking was also easy, secure and relatively cheap. A great base for the many boat trips you can take along this part of the coast. And a lovely town in itself.

Very friendly family run business. Room was very comfortable and always clean. Very central location. A few minutes walk to beach or historic center depending on which direction. We stayed for eleven days and were sad to leave.

Hotel close to the beach promenade, easy to find, two parking spaces available in front for off-loading. Paid parking on the street around the corner (free parking further down all taken).Reception staff nice and efficient. Room spacious and with high ceiling. There was space enough for the missing easy chair and floor lamp. Bathroom clean but a bit out of style, and vet noisy ventilator fan (switches on/off with the light). Fridge in the room noisy, and does not switch off, Noise insulation not very good, but no traffic during the night and no noisy neighbours. Internet access OK, but it seemed that you had to reconnect after a while. Restaurant OK, desserts not very exciting, but pleasant staff. Breakfast also OK, due to COVID procedures served at the table.
