Amazing staff especially front desk think Roberto and Diego to be precise. Language barrier with housekeeper so didnt get to know them well enough. Near walkable Mall and area feels more residential with upper class residents

Clean room, good staff

The hotel is pretty far away from the main commercial areas of Torrelodones but it’s perfect if you need to be close to the hospital.

Nice place, quiet and far from the city center. Near a supermarket. Good for a quite stay

We stopped here for a night whilst driving from Santander to Malaga. The hotel was nice and staff very welcoming, the food was great, although we ordered far too much!! We picked it as it had car charging but I couldn’t get it to work, but that was due to the Iberdrola app rather than the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Close to where I was going. Quick check in with very nice staff. Small gym but workable
