Our room looked newly renovated, it was clean, warm and very quiet, lending to an excellent night's sleep.

Plans changed, tried to cancel a couple days early, early enough for them to book someone else. I don’t buy the non-refundable, but I did need to cancel within a week. A week is a long time…. They could find someone to stay there in that time.

Food options in the restaurant suited us. Dinner was fine and breakfast was excellent. We slept well but we found our shower's temperature was difficult to manage

Quel dommage de ne pas proposer de poubelle de déchets recyclables. Le nettoyage des parois et de la porte de la douche auraient mérité plus d'attention.

La chambre estait propre le petit déjeuner dans les standards, par contre une odeur d’humidité et de moisi comme dans une cave, et la climatisation de la chambre totalement inutile et bruyante.

Campanile comme un campanile ! Pas très insonorisé, ou voisins très bruyants !

The bed was brilliant and clean, so I had a good nights sleep. Everything I needed for an overnight stay and the staff were really helpful

Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour au Campanile de Chalon-sur-Saône. La chambre PMR a fort bien convenu. Nous avons pu dîner sur place, agréablement. Le personnel et le directeur ont été très attentifs. Nous reviendrons, je pense.

A great place for an overnight stop over, on our way to the alps. The restaurant was shut over Christmas abd New Year for a few days, but there were good alternative options locally.

Looking for an overnight stop hotel. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Close to motorway exit. Easy to locate. Secure parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy check in and check out. Room functional. Clean. Good bathroom. Nice shower. On site restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Simple but really clever and good. Very friendly service.
