Great hotel welcoming nice clean room

Just back from 7 nights stay at the Intouriste Hotel. The hotel is ideally situated 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Agadir beach. The hotel pool is lovely but can get shaded by nearby buildings later in the day, there are plenty of loungers and a bar which opens around noon and does drinks and food. One downside to the pool is the music, we found it a bit too loud and repetitive.The public areas of the hotel are kept clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. There was work ongoing within the hotel with areas being painted and freshened up which hopefully will extend to the rooms as they are looking dated and in need of modernisation. Our room was large and fairly clean but not spotless. It was supposedly a deluxe double room but it didn't feel deluxe with dated decor, old flat screen TV and shabby furnishings. There is wifi in all areas of the hotel including rooms and connection was ok but sometimes slow. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous but getting things at the reception can be difficult, for example every time we asked for help with the room safe we were told "tomorrow" but after 3 days we didn't bother, the hotel says there are hairdryers and irons available on request but there is only ONE of each which is hilarious considering there are five floors in the hotel. All in all an ok hotel but you definitely get what you pay for, was okay for a 7 day cheap getaway. Probably wouldn't go back as there are much nicer hotels nearby.

Bargain Very cheap Verg basic but does the job perfectly. We had an amazing stay at the Intouriste Hotel in Agadir! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is fantastic – it’s close to the beach and the local markets, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful pool area. The breakfast was a let down/poor Very cheap and would recommend the Intouriste Hotel to anyone visiting Agadir. We’ll be back for sure!

Booked apartment for 5 people and on arrival we only had bedding for 3 and towels for 2 people. Had to be very instant in order to receive rest of bedding and 5 towels in total. Expectation was that 2 big towels and 3 face towels should suffice 5 people.

Hotel was ok basic tho, could do with more services as per hotels. But it’s was ok rooms were good sizes, staff brilliant.

It was close to almost everything you need, restaurants, exchange, and the Beach

Half day short stay stopover en-route to the airport. Staff were once again friendly, helpful and efficient even at the early hours of the morning. Fleeting visit.

Approximately ten years old but aging well. Staff very helpful and naturally welcoming. It's a little away from central Agadir so we were glad to have had the use of a hire car.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Everything was fine, however, we had rented the room for my son's 10th birthday, spent the day at the beach with family, and then planned to cook in the room and have cake before everyone went home for the night. Unfortunately, hotel staff wouldn't let my sister and her husband come up to the room. My son was extremely disappointed, but ok. Other complaints, the pool was supposedly only open from 9 till 6.....never seen a pool close so early. Pool was dirty anyhow. And finally, although the apartment had dishes and cookware there was no dish soap, no garbage can for kitchen, and no sponge to wash dishes with. I was told by the front desk that this is normal and I should've brought my own. I mean, I guess but never would have thought that.

I was with my sister 2 babies my brother in law renting apartment suite and manager didn't want let him to sleep in another room , foraging us to rent new unit for him because we do not have marriage certificate and I spent new 60 euro , all another staff are excellent

The hotel is located outside of the city next to a large number of unfinished construction sites. There is nothing to do near the hotel and the beach is a long walk away.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here the next few years, the surrounding area is a building site.

There were mostly local Arab people living in the hotel. The hotel wanted money for everything in the hotel, even the fitness room, where the only thing that wasn't broken was a exercise bike. The hotel description on the Internet was not true, I asked for a hairdryer but they did not have it. I asked for a stove or a micro because I paid for a studio with a kitchen. I got a kitchenette I. E. two stove plates and everytime I tried to connect it, the fuse blew. The fluoresent lamp in the living room were constantly blinking and when I asked them to fix it, but they just took it away. The same had happened in the bed room, so there were no light in the ceiling. The Wi-Fi in the wi fi area close to the reception was barely working and the indoor pool costed money to use, the same with the sauna. They had a transport service to and from the beach that costed money, of course. The thing was, that they did not come and get you at the promised time or at all. I know it sounds negative, but it was a bad hotel. Well, something good as well. The pool area was clean and working. There were constantly around 15-20 local kids there, so it was quite noisy. The maid came everyday and did a good job. There was a Hyper market (Marjane) around 20 min away with fresh food to reasonable prices. There were a little shop at the hotel as well, but the prices were around 400% more expensive.
