The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit.

Not much more to say. Getting into town costs 7euros. But the food is excellent and the staff very helpful

The outdoor eating area at the pool is quite nice. The hotel looks to have had a lot of upgrading of the rooms recently although the reception area bar and breakfast room are are still a little dated compared to the room. I got breakfast included which is only a continental breakfast and nothing hot. The room I was in has no coffee making facilities although there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge + the safe in my room was broken but as I didn't need to use it it didn't bother me. Im sure if I wanted it fixed the staff would have obliged.

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and pretty. The breakfast was a nice buffet with lots of choices. I would have liked to stay longer!

not much choice in this town...but not a great choice and a taxi drive to the centre

The hotel was fine for an overnight stopover. It was not a lot of money per night and it was clean and had everything we needed. There was free parking outside and a garage if you wanted to use it. We didn't explore the local area so cannot comment on that and although it had a restaurant, there was a wedding so it was not open for the public. The entrance was smart but the room was a fall back to the 1970s. They provided a cot and bedding for the baby and again it looked like it was from the 1970s. I would not choose it for a longer stay but was fine for what we needed.

Very simple, it is not a 3 stars hotel! The swimming pool area is good but the rooms are too old fashion and very poor breakfast!

The staff went out of there way to look after me as I was travelling alone at that stage of my holiday. There was one issue in the bathroom, which could have been dangerious, and should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. I brought it to the attention of the reception staff who I felt thought I was looking for a discount - which I refused.

The bedroom while excellent did not have enough surface space to lay out materials for the day ahead. Clothes hangers were ready for replaceing.

Struttura ben tenuta, personale cordiale e professionale.

Ho pernottato solo una notte quindi ho solo una visione molto limitata della struttura. Parcheggio spazioso, zona “industriale/commerciale”. Camera ok, forse il mobilio risultava un po’ datato rispetto alla stanza che sembrava quasi nuova. Letto comodo. Colazione con salato e dolce.

Stavolta un peccato rispetto alla precedente- stanza un po' rumorosa. Quello/a sopra si faceva la doccia alle due di notte e camminava con i tacchi. Il bar che fa le colazioni stavolta un po' scortese. A parte che c'è da fare la fila per chiudere le uova o un caffè il signore si è rifiutato di fare tre uova ha detto che ne fanno solo due loro....
