Yes very clean hotel I give it a 10

En general las instalaciones están en buen estado pero hay espacios que se notan muy deteriorados. Los cuartos necesitan una mayor limpieza y los baños necesitan una renovación. Se mucho ruido de afuera a las habitaciones, se escuchan las habitaciones de a lado y de arriba y da sensación de que no hay privacidad.

Great place! Food here is good and cheap. Secured parking.

The service

I got there late, hit the rack and didn’t wake up until 8 when the church bells rang. The free breakfast consisted of two eggs, refried beans, platanos, coffee and watermelon water. The staff were nice and the area is safe and quiet. There’s a Domino’s nearby and a 24-hour drug store. The price is reasonable.

I reserved the room after a 14 hour trip in the car. After having that long of a drive, all I wanted was to take a shower and go to bed. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no hot water. If it wouldn’t have been past 10 pm and my reservation was non refundable, there wasn’t really much I could do. When I got in the room, the TV at first I thought didn’t work, but after looking behind the armoire it was unplugged. So I had to move this massive piece of furniture in order to reach the cord. And two out of the 3 lamps did t work, one wouldn’t power on at all and the other the light bulb flickered so much that I just powered it off. Probably the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel, will not be staying there again and will never book through Orbitz again since they consider this acceptable in a hotel room.

Front desk person was incredibly rude. This is an old run down hotel. It appears the owners have no interest in doing any repairs. Two inch gaps under the door let the cockroaches in from outside. Absolutely no hot water. Breakfast was very good, however. Horrible place to stay.

Hotel Kamico is passing through a reconstruction it seems. Every day I had to go to reception and program access to the card key as it would not work. Remote control for TV never worked, AC was working but then started making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep and water would not flush in the toilet. I wanted to use swimming pool one day but it was so dirty, I did not go in.

I guess in this case you get what you pay. I had chose this hotel as it’s close to relatives’ place. Old AC units, some of them are not working. I found spiders in the pillows, and little lizards running across the restroom. Beds are somewhat ok. Remote controls for TV and AC are not working properly. Lack of maintenance to the building. Restaurant is somewhat ok.
