It was ok, reasonably affordable in Frankfurt. I didn't like having to fill in my details 4 times. 1) booking, 2) follow up questionnaire, 3) on arrival (surely the purpose of the follow up questionnaire) and then 4) to book in to make a separate booking for car parking. Car parking very very tight in an estate car, but good to have had the option to park securely off street.

Definitionally 4-stars. No front desk staff (instead, they have a kiosk behind the property for check-in...) and legitimately no amenities in the building.

Quiet hotel close to the tram. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We had not been informed in advance that there was no staff at the hotel, check in took a long time (several messages that the app was being used by another application) also no parking close, the access to the hotel parking might be easy to drive in- but it has to be processed on top of the check in procedure. No breakfast - there is a lounge which says Breakfast from 7-10.30 . . . but the door is locked . . We didnt see any staff at any time (but we didnt come for that!) the beds were made while we were out, so no complaint. Some possibilities close to dine

Check-in was possible through a check in machine a little bit removed from the road in the back of the Hotel property, since the reception was not staffed. The process was very straight forward, however the machine was dreadfully slow. Tip: If it seems like it crashed, it didn't, just wait 30 seconds. Room was overall clean, the only annoying thing was the sheets, which had a rancid smell in some corners. This smells wasn't too strong though, so after some getting used to it, sleeping was possible. Outlets remained powered even when the keycard was removed from the slot next to the door (which enables lights to be turned on). There is a very popular breakfast place around 2 minutes by foot, called "Café Bohne", which is very recommendable. But do reserve a seat before you go, it#s very full around 11.

Checking in at the automated kiosk was not what we expected and kind of irritating after a long flight - we received email that there would be no one at the front desk. However, once we figured out how the machine worked and got our keys, we found the room to be clean and as we expected.

Terrible hôtel with false description. There is no staff no lobby no breakfast offered even though it's advertised as offered. This hotel is a scam..the room numbers are taped on doors and signs in the hotel are not even written in German. I didn't feel safe staying there and had to leave that same night into a different hotel..avoid at all coats

The hotel was supposed to be open 24 hours. When we got there to check in there was a sign that said they only check guests in until 4:00PM! They were closed and we had to sleep in our car!

I paid the evening before my departure the local turist tax. Next morning i had to pay again. Not very qualified staff.

Clean facilities, helpful staff. The rooms are small but clean, the beds are comfortable. The place is more quaint than luxurious but everything you need in a hotel room. I would stay here again

I had a small (single) room with weird lay-out (shower in middle of room). However room was clean and cosy and shower was actually very good. Hotel was in a quiet street very close to Zoo U-Bahn. Some shops and restaurants quite close by. Night-time noise from an adjoining room was a problem for me though.

I spent one night at the hotel on a flight layover, so I was looking for a cheap, comfortable place close to the city centre. The room ticked all the boxes, and staff were all very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was also good value :-)

Very clean hotel, good Location and very comfortable

Room and bathroom were both really nice, modern and clean. Not the most spacious but was only in it for sleeping. Friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast wasn't great and probably not worth €9.50 but good luck finding other places to get breakfast in the local vicinity that accept card payments.

The single room is pretty small. Wifi doesn’t work in most of the time.
