Worst experience in my life, room was dirty, smelled like weed and other guest were smoking. Both the bathroom door was hanging only on my a hing and didn’t even have the back panels. The room door was broken.

First room we got locked into the room, the deadbolt was not working properly. Second room had strong evidence there was bed bugs. We ended up getting a hotel elsewhere. Staff was friendly though.

The girl overnight has a nasty attitude. Extremely rude, waved her hands in my face, hood over her head, completely unprofessional! Have stayed multiple times here but our room was dirty, air did not work well, remote did not work well and was disgustingly gross plus took 2 hours to figure out the TV and recover from the attitude at check in. Things happen and computers mess up but don’t take your issues out on customers and lie about it.

The stay was horrible. At first check in was great so we thought it would end up being a good experience. By the end of the week long stay we were running out with my clothes still smelling like the room of mildew mold and sour rot. I had to wash them twice to even get the smell out when I got home. (They were only stored in the room the first 4 days) the dront desk was rude and pushing us out at 8am on check out. It’s was noisie and seemed like bad riff raff and what made it worse was the lock on my door did not work. Had to slam it to shut it completely. Looked like it had been kicked it a time or two.

Checked in and the room was mildew-y and filthy. They switched to another room that the toilet was continually running, marijuana & toenails on the floor. Dirty bedding. Desk people were nice. Still waiting for my refund 4 days later and conveniently no manager working every time I call.

This hotel should be condemned. It’s disgusting, never cleaned, electric wires exposed from the AC unit, outlet covers missing, hole in the bathroom ceiling along with rust. Room smelled horribly and it was 90 degrees in the room when we checked in. Elevator was acting up, then noticed it hasn’t been inspected since 2022. It’s likely unsafe.

Falling apart. Sink falling away from the wall, towel rack pulled out of the wall with screws exposed, tub faucet leaked, door sweep falling off, wall painted like a toddler. No covers on the outlets.. should i go on? Stay somewhere else.

The hotel looks good from the outside. Inside was not as nice. The first night we stayed, got in late and went to bed. Got up the next morning and TV wasn't working. Microwave as not working. Some lights were not working. One side of the room had no electricity. Went downstairs for free breakfast, had waffles and no syrup. Didn't put out the cereal they he said they had because no milk. Told the new desk person, they needed supplies. Also told them I needed a new room or would have to go to another hotel. They did find a new room which was nicer than the one I had been in. I had to ask for towels which I did not get. The staff did try to assist me and did get the room changed. I reminded desk staff again the second night if they had syrup for the waffles and she checked, and they did not. So happily they did have it for the morning. Price was good, pool good, people were nice but hotel is showing its age. I would stay there again as it was close to where I needed to be and didn't want to pay as much. recommend getting there early to check room.

We had to change rooms twice, 1st room the curtail was hanging down and unusable, 2nd room had a broken bathroom sink, actually almost cracked in half! 3rd room had no towels so we took them from the room we moved from, no glasses at all, no coffee pot although there was a coffee maker and the cart front two legs came out of the base , very difficult to use, the fro t desk person didn’t have a clue! Aweful the beds were nice

I chose not to stay at this property after check-in. The exterior and location are both great. However, the property has clearly not been maintained. Upon check-in, which was pleasant and easy, I discovered deteriorated carpeting and wall coverings, the HVAC upstairs was not working properly, the linens on the bed were stained and damp, the room door was broken, and electrical wiring was exposed. The room was simply not habitable. The desk clerk was pleasant when I turned my keys back in, and didn't challenge my dissatisfaction. It does appear, however, that I will have to take a loss on the room fee as I checked in right at the cancellation cutoff time. I'm hoping that Expedia will make things right.

The property was poorly maintained. The while property, from the lobby to the room, was very filthy. The bed linen was nasty. Clearly used. Makeup and hair all iver the bed. We had to ask for new linens and change our own bed. Walls, floor and even the ceilings were in bad need of repainting. Property as a whole is not being managed well. Staff is not dressed professionally, front desk clerk was dressed in a onies pj suit.

Same reviews as others... No towels. At all. Not even a face towel. Stained mattresses. Dirty room. No ice liner. A bandaid (I kid you not) on the smoke detector. But the place got a 75 on their recent health inspection (I noticed this when checking in. And took a picture of it). So, really, what did I expect? I will say the air blew cold and the bed, though icky, slept well

The room was filthy. I couldn’t use the bathroom shower because it had mold all around it. The sink was falling off of the wall. No coffee in the morning, nothing set out for breakfast. The health department should be called.

Check in was great, the lady was very nice. When she left and we actually got in our room the tv wouldn’t turn off and the volume wasn’t working. I spoke with a man and he swapped out the remote, not bothering to see if it was only the batteries. I had to go back to tell him they didn’t work either. He was very smug and seemed that I was bothering him. I asked to be given another room he gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The smoke alarm was covered in plastic, the light switch looked like they had been burnt, there was duct tape on the dryer, so couldn’t be used. The carpet was awful.. stains, sticky. Breakfast only had waffles and coffee but no sugar, seems they haven’t had any in weeks so I was told. The only reason we stayed was because there isn’t another hotel near my family, as one is being built now and in the future we will be staying a different hotel.

The room was kind of clean. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but the carpet was sticky and needs to be washed. It might have been vacuumed but it’s dirty probably because it’s sticky.
