I was very disappointed with my stay. The first day the towels were not changed I tried to communicate with the hotel 7 times when I booked my stay with no answer. When I arrived I mentioned this to the receptionist and she could not care less. I found the reception staff to be unhelpfull and one in particular to be quite rude. However the staff in one of their other resorts La Carla were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them before this place. Very unhappy and would not return

We will never endure another stay at this hotel. It is run down and dirty. The majority of the staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. The beautiful pictures ain’t telling a truthful story. At breakfast they harass you to tell you that the kitchen closes at 10:30 as if it’s the clients fault. When you sit outside they bang the crockery and cutlery so bad closer to 10:30 making the breakfast experience completely horrible. They have no empathy for late comers. You snooze you lose… that’s the philosophy which we find extremely rude and unprofessional. Never will we stay there again!!!

The room was very clean and maintained daily. Breakfast buffet was well supplied with something for everyone. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the balcony door was malfunctioning and very difficult to open. And an electrical outlet in the room, to the right of the television, was inoperative. I reported both of these problems but nothing was done in the remaining two days we were there. I would definitely return to this property as it was a nice stay.

Room was lovely over looking the beach, in a great location and the bus stop really close by. Overall a lovely little break, it could be a little noisy on a night when people were coming back in but that happens at most hotels. There wasn't any evening meals or entertainment but there is plenty to do nearby with bars and restaurants. A 20 minute bus ride to Palma, we had a great time and I would return.

Overall fairly average, staff were nice & helpful but the room was poor. Dirty mirrors, mould around air con unit and the room as a whole just felt tired

Staff gave another guest a key to my room. I’m a solo female so it was unsettling to have a man enter my room in the evening. Staff didn’t seem to care and only moved my room (to the only room they had left) when I refused to go back upstairs. The room left was coincidentally an upgrade which they’re now using as a means to state they took care of the situation.

It was a short 2 day stay to just check out the area. We found it to be very pleasant. The hotel was running very smoothly and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from fruit to eggs, pancakes, breads, meats and cereals. The only detriment was the skimpy toilet paper which was very poor quality.

Perfect location for beach go-ers. Staff was sparse, but lovely when available. Service at bar is slow, but we were in no rush. All in all, great location. Would stay again.

For a hotel by the beach with balcony views good. Would suggest if want a decent pool area book else where. Clean, bright, mini bar included. Team working there always friendly. Would suggest request higher floor.

Excellent location : seconds to beach and minutes walk to numerous eating and drinking places. Nice pool area well kept. Very helpful staff. Reasonably spacious rooms for 2 with balcony overlooking ocean full or partial Included Buffet breakfast decent—fresh OJ would have been nice considering they grow here and are cheap. Great overall value for a family for this expensive(lodging) town (Palma) Negatives: can be loud at night as people staying up late and voices echo. Pool area accessible only through lobby so everyone must track sand from beach if going to pool after beach -side gate from street should be opened Poor parking options for rental cars (we heard). Key cards are poor and require exact positioning Difficult obtaining transport for more than 4 people and or lots of luggage esp returning to airport (problem not limited to this hotel)

Muy buen servicio al cliente y bastante limpio, cerca de la playa y muy bonitas vistas, Buena localización con transporte directo a palma en 25minutos. Lo único que cambiaría sería las camas, pedimos una cama doble pero nos pusieron dos individuales juntas, lo que para dormir en pareja se hacía un poco incómodo.

The hotel found out it was my birthday and I came back to some cake and Prosecco in my room. Great hospitality and service!

This hotel was closed when we arrived be live experience. Limited breakfast facilities and swimming pool was not the same as advertised. So overall my experience terrible with this hotel.
