Comfortable room—on the smaller side, but it worked well for our stay. The hotel’s location is very central and convenient. Parking during check-in was a bit difficult because there wasn’t an easy place to stop the car to register. Customer service could use some improvement. Some of the morning staff were very friendly and helpful, but the night staff seemed less informed, which made parts of the stay a bit frustrating. Overall, the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable.

We arrived on motorcycle and were easily directed to the underground car park by a receptionist. When parked we were accompanied by a very helpful member of staff to reception and brought a couple of very much needed bottles of water. The room was very nice and well set out. The hotel is very central and we walked everywhere. To send us on our way we had a great breakfast from the buffet that had everything. A definite place to stay when in Zaragoza.

The hotel is clean, but its best days are behind it. Access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The navigation system directs you to the parking lot of a neighboring hotel. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room are poor. The cooling is regulated to 22 degrees Celsius . I had to sleep with the window open and put up with street noise.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The sheets on the bed were not very soft so I found them to be scratchy. The paid parking was accessible to the hotel lobby so that was GREAT. It was challenging to find it, but the staff were very helpful and gave us perfect directions to the garage. Staff was super! Everything was very walkable to the hotel.

Room was basic but clean. Although had some problems with the shower gel dispenser. Otherwise it was comfortable. The restaurant was very good I must say for a 4 Star. Thank you for your hospitality.
