Location and excellent overall facilities. I have 2 children so the 2 queen and sofa room was ideal.

It was a nice comfortable stay. Staff at the front desk and at breakfast were lovely. Hotel was very clean and I had no issues at all.

Fantastic check in, good breakfast

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. On night 1 we get down to the pool/hot tub after hours of driving and need to relax. Unfortunately the hot tub was filled. There were kids playing in the pool, but there were these young adults in the hot tub vaping and drinking despite the signs. I report it to the front desk, because of the children present and she goes, “I am so sorry, those are MY kids and I will tell them to stop.” And then proceeds to close the entire pool. She was there every night following and gave us the worst service ever, including dirty looks every time she saw us. To top it off they were low staffed all weekend and the staff was visibly overwhelmed. The housekeepers did not do their job, at all. We were supposed to have plates, etc. in our suite, there were none. The 2 glasses they did have were dirty when we arrived. We left them out, obvious they need to be changed and they never once were touched or replaced. The signs say to leave towels on the floor of the bathroom to be replaced, we did and housekeeping picked the towels up and put them on the back of the toilet and left them. The breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of things constantly, like pancakes, waffles, milk, bagels, English muffins, jelly, butter, cream cheese and syrup. The OJ tasted like water, and the scrambled eggs were extremely runny. The pool and hot tub themselves were way too small for the sized hotel, and not in the greatest shape. Peeling paint, unfinished tiles, etc.

The bed was comfortable. And the suite was a decent size. However, the fridge had an 8 hour cold timer… only chilled items, not cold and shut off after 8 hours had to keep pushing the cold button. Shower was small, outdated and the water pressure sucked no matter the time of day. Breakfast was also subpar.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortably accommodating multiple adults and children. Staff was efficient and very welcoming, and helped us with whatever we needed.

Under construction, loud and humid

My reservation was "walked" the day before I was set to travel. The Hotel overbooked and apparently because I used a discounted service (Hotels.com), I was kicked out of my reservation. They offered a different Hotel but it did not meet the criteria that I wanted so I had to scramble to find a different Hotel. Very unprofessional. I booked my room 5 months in advance. The most recent bookings should have been the ones to go. Not even sure how this can happen. Will be more wary about using Hotels.com in the future. Definitely miscommunication between the two.

Easy property near Mid America facilities. I used it for traveling to downtown Omaha which was about 10 min drive. Stayed at this property multiple times.

Convenient to get to the zoo

Easy acces to Mid American Arena

The hotel was in a good location, easy to stop for a larger road trip or if in the area for an event. Clean large rooms and comfortable, my only issue was that someone’s car alarm went off on the hour all night long and it was parked right up front by all the rooms. While this isn’t something the hotel could have fixed I would suggest they take down vehicle info at check in to be able to follow up on these issues. MANY people did not get sleep making it a rough morning and they could have found the owners and asked them to move the vehicle away from the building.

The set up of the room was unique. The pool area needs some help. Breakfast was amazing! The lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. The lady working the over night shift was very friendly! Was anyicipating to have early morning transportation to thw airport but was told that serive was not 24 hr at check in.

The hotel has paper thin walls. Doors were slamming at all hours. We could hear people walking in thw hallways on the floor above. Other than that comfy beds, friendly staff

Great place to stay if you have an event close by. Easy to access, lots to do around the area. Feels very safe too.
