Quiet hotel on the beach, great food and service, pool is very enjoyable.

It's a nice property with good cuisine and design, perfect to find some peace. There where some issues with cleanliness, but overall it was good.

The food is the best and in general the location is good.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero no hay camastros en la playa ni internet en los cuartos. La comida del restaurante está deliciosa.

The property is lovely and well maintained. Our patio was private with trees all around. The staff are so helpful. Erika is the greatest. Great Americana coffee.

El hotel es bonito y el staff es sumamente amable. La comida es sencilla pero rica, aunque le falta un poco de variedad. La decepción fue un poco en las instalaciones ya que se ven un poco descuidadas y en la página tienen spa con un gran menú y en la vida real nos mandaron a otro lado al spa con un menú muy reducido

love the property the food and the people. the time was great and amazing weather, it was super clean.

The staff(especially Erika) was fantastic! We enjoyed the tranquility of the location. It was peaceful and quiet. The restaurant is excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

The concept of the hotel is amazingly beautiful! The hotel is by the sea side with private beach. Everything is pretty much white in the hotel. Rooms and balconies are build for the guest privacy. This hotel could be a great option for low budget honeymoon or a birthday gift for your girlfriend. There are not many rooms (or houses) in the hotel so feels like all hotel is ready to serve you. The pool ground and walls needs to be painted again and also the wifi doesn't connect very well but it gives you great opportunity to make a time for yourself. There is a restaurant by the pool own by the hotel, and chef cooks his delicious foods for you. I will definitely go back to stay in this hotel again in near future.

The Azucar is a great resort for couples (they don't accept children under 14 and have less than 20 rooms laid boutique-style), with a very nice design than emphasizes privacy and relaxation. A very good plan is complemented by minimalist interior decor and excellent service (fantastic traditional seafood cuisine). Highly recommended!

Horrible los platos metálicos en donde te sirven la comida, son platos metálicos de cárcel y la fruta me la sirvieron en un riñón de hospital, todo lo de más excelente

Hacen falta sillas más cómodas alrededor de la alberca y más coordinación entre el staff en época baja. Lugar privilegiado y excelente el vínculo con Maison Couturier

Inseguridad y falta de mantenimiento muy evidente!!!

El concepto de minimalista o de diseñador no está peleado con el confort, y esto último es lo que le hace falta, la zona de alberca está vacía porque es muy incómoda, así la zona de comida, en las habitaciones les faltan unas pocas amenidades para hacer más cómoda la estancia, el precio lo amerita

Un hotel boutique excelente, decoración minimalista y a orillas de la playa de Casitas Veracruz, playa que por cierto tiene una superficie muy limpia al menos en 4 kilometros lineales que caminamos y una agua muy limpia y templada hasta por la noche. El hotel excelente y la comida y servicio de restaurante sensacionales. Estuvimos mi esposa y yo 4 días y desde luego que quedamos invitados a regresar.

Se están negando a facturarme mi estancia, por el hecho de justificar que reserve por medio de Expedia, cuando siempre lo he hecho de esa manera porque es el hotel el que está obligado a emitir la factura correspondiente.

La hotel súper agradable, acogedor y limpio ! El restaurante excelente … En comida y atención ! En general el equipo del hotel siempre muy amable y servicial. Sugiero que a la zona de la playa esté más acondicionada ,un mantenimiento constante a las habitaciones - baños sería genial.
