Hotel is in a convenient location for me. Rooms looked a little tired, but still nice enough. Restaurant was lovely and the staff very attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast and there’s a lot of choice

Shame the room (115) was so noisy, another layer of glazing might have helped remove some of the road noise.

Comfy stay with good breakfast.

Convenient location and plenty of parking. Breakfast very good (buffet style). The bar is good for evening food and good selection of drinks. We had a room facing the motorway and the traffic noise was noticeable. If we were there longer than a couple of nights, we would have looked toove room to one facing the rear carpark.

Food was plentiful, room was looking a bit tired and the bed was a bit soft, but overall a pleasant stay.

Clean but a bit dated

Friendly staff. However room quite dated, a bit shabby and stuffy. No way of adjusting room temperature so had to open windows beside busy dual carriageway to deal with over-heating from radiator.

Yes room was spotless and staff were excellent and a credit to your hotel, we couldn't ask for more

Room was nice and clean but the radiator didn’t work, when we asked to get it turned on it never was, you could hear the motorway loudly through the window, the shower was strange either one straight stream or spitty bad pressure that wet the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, not the best. The staff were very lovely though.

Room was clean and spacious. Decided not to use the kettle in the room as it looked like someone had tried making coffee in it. Good selection for breakfast. Onsite restaurant also serves good meals. Hotel is in a good location.

Excellent stay. Good rooms good restaurant bar and good food. Has EV charging onsite and also a public bus service that takes into city and back. Highly recommend and would consider coming back if returning to Belfast.
