Amazing!

Room was clean, satisfactory for our stay. Amazing breakfast every morning, everything you could think of. Restaurant was very good food ate twice during our stay. The facilities were great, gym, lovely spa experience. Walking distance to the town, plaza mall and to the beach. Great roof top pool. As well as a secondary pool (didn’t use this one) We had freak weather, 2.5 days of rain out of 4 days. Didn’t stop us from having something to do. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I was to stay in Alicante.

Location of the hotel can not be beaten. Gorgeous views across the Mediterranean. The breakfast is a good option but I would not recommend the half board as the menu is limited. Staff are very friendly and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The only issue I had was with the Wi-Fi which is very patchy. This wouldn't be an issue but all of the televisions work through the Wi-Fi, so we had nothing for two days of our stay.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned every day. The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We stayed in a port view suite and did not know the position of the hotel so we're disappointed that we couldn't see the port as there were buildings in front and we looked out at the casino.

Lovely design of hotel, very bright open spaces. The staff are great, a real credit to Meliá.

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location - it has the marina on one side and the sea on the other. The view is amazing! The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. We used the spa and did the ‘spa circuit’ and it was perfect for the price. Highly recommend!

Great location. Don't go half board if you're expecting a buffet. There's a limited menu and service is slow even when quiet so factor in minimum of 2 hours for dinner. If you're a picky eater, go bed and breakfast or check menu beforehand. I enjoyed breakfast however if a hot breakfast is a must then be mindful that even the hot section is not hot. Factor in a minimum of 2 hours for dinner if you do decide to go half board. Air conditioning in our room wasn't working even after it was meant to be fixed so was difficult to sleep. Personally I was disappointed overall in this Melia hotel as I was comparing it to the one in Torremolinos which was amazing in every way. With hindsight I would have booked the Melia Alicante which was next door. The Innside is definitely a downgrade

Not the best rooms on the 1st floor broken toliet seat and no milk and coffee powdered milk and mint tea sachets). Rooms are looking tired and walkways. Was this really part of the Melia name? Staff were excellent though and as it was a short break wasn't worth moving second night. Often happens when you book though a third party site( not direct) you get poor rooms I was told. Breakfast was good. There is a proper Melia next door.

No coffee left in rooms only tea, soundproofing not great you can hear walking above, breakfast was poor: few veggie or vegan options, bread is in the bar but everything else in restaurant, not enough tables too busy, everyday I had to hunt down cutlery, not enough staff also slow to replenish food
