Clean and friendly staff.

I’ve given 5 stars because of the way the receptionist welcomed us and because of her help when I thought I’d lost my room key. It turned out that I didn’t lose it, I’d just misplaced it but she was just brilliant and I would like my comments and thanks passed on to her.

The hotel was so bad that we didn't even get out of the car. When we arrived after a long drive there were a number of shady looking characters hanging out in the car park and when we arrived one of then paid particular attention to our car and the baggage that we had in side. As a family we did not feel safe there even to the extent that we didn't want to get out of the car to tell the reception staff that we would not be staying there. So we drove straight out and found another hotel with secure parking and generally a better feel about the place.

Value for money. Avoid the breakfast, it has a very limited selection.

I arrived late and they refused to believe I had a booking and hung up the phone on me. I had to book a stay at the Ibis instead. Just awful service!

The ro wasnt available rubbish services

This is a basic hotel but fine for one night’s stop on a long journey. We have stayed here many times as it is so convenient for motorway, for reasonable priced fuel at the nearby supermarket and restaurants nearby. The bed is fine as is breakfast. You get what you pay for, it is inexpensive.

All we needed was a bed for the night. Room was clean & comfortable.

This is an inexpensive hotel which offers value for money. It is fairly basic but clean and with helpful, friendly staff. The big plus for us was its location as we broke our drive from the UK to Spain, approximately half way and close to the toll road. We will be staying there on our return journey.

A fine hotel for an overnight stay on the way through. Room was clean, Wifi worked well. Mattress could be a little firmer. Price was really good for its value.

Nice, simple, clean and reasonable price. Wifi is OK: no restriction to only one device, no requirement to login via Facebook or something like that.

The room was clean but a little tired and our room was next to the lift that was very noisy.

This is a basic hotel,for the priceyou shouldn’t expect the Ritz. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And most rooms sleep 3. The local town is beautiful and worth a look. Easily accessible from the toll roads and a fantastic stop of place if traveling to the south.

Ideal convenient location when travelling, cheap and clean for a driving break and night rest. been there twice.

Turned up at about 8.30pm there was still lots of parking. The room was clean and compact and served its purpose and the hotel is located close to the motorway and petrol station so idea for a stop over.

Helpful,friendly staff and convenient hotel for our family group.
