Lost out on over $200. CAUSE they said i was a day late for my reservation. Saying my reservation was made for Thursday February 26 when i triple check the date on the app that it was for Fridays February 27-28. But the customer is always wrong when it comes to technology. Really unfair, all i was offered was 25 one cash. I would take a reimbursement in one cash. But as a First Nation Indigenous person, im used to not being believed. I will always be in the wrong. So, yes my experienced really unfair. So Expedia...... i guess enjoy your win. Signed unhappy long time customers

Wonderful stay at Deerfoot Inn and Casino for my birthday. They went above and beyond to make it special.

Hotel was clean,staff was very knowledgable and friendly. Hotel had great amenities for all ages

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of order and the hotel was quite busy so it was difficult to get the only other elevator in use. We were on the 7th floor but thankfully using the stairs wasnt an issue for us.

The room was spotless, the staff so courteous and the Lobby itself so welcoming with the fireplace and cozy chairs.

I asked for my receipt at checkout and the gentlemen at your front desk wouldn’t give it to me as he said I booked through hotel.com and he could t (I have stayed here numerous times through the hotels.com app and got my receipt everytime upon checkout until this time). Don’t have time to argue with people at checkout at 6am for my receipt.

Room was very clean. Reservation desk staff were great. Got us in at 3 instead of 4 when we arrived early

Our room had no heat and they never offered us another room or extra blankets. Just a space heater that barely gave off any heat.

Nice team, clean room

Room was excellent staff were great. Noise level unacceptable. There was running up and down the hallways til late and loud noise from above til 2 am and repeated at 6. This hotel should make provisions for guests who have no children and should not have to tolerate this activity
