The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1.30 - 3.30pm and dinner 8 - 11. So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much. Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot. The food was repetitive but good. Location was fantastic right by local marshes that are a parc natural. Cleanliness was very good and housekeeping team were fantastic. Staff in general were friendly. Overall a great stay

Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely. The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing.

Very nice property for the money, breakfast buffet was only 11E. Bed & pillows soft and comfortable. Just stayed for the night so we didn’t take advantage of the pool, and the ferry to the beach. Wish we had more time. Only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy, no a/c available due to cool temps outside. No room fan was available either due to it being late when I called the front desk.

Great location next to many good restaurants, Food in hotel is not great so unless you have to go half or full board go breakfast only. Too many good restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, well maintained and lives up to its 4 star rating. Staff were great in all areas. Would visit again, many good fish restaurant near by.

No toiletries , cheap thin towels Staff very friendly and rooms ok Awful experience trying to dine elsewhere one night so dined in hotel again last night (should be €21 as against €16 as not prebooked) but ended up at €27 as not booked at reception !!!

It is an absolutely superb hotel with lovely staff

from the moment we arrived - (no even before I had emailed to ask that we could have an early check-in and reception phoned not once but twice to say this was no problem ) - we were made feel very welcome. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was only 50 metres from reception. A double sea facing exclusive. I noted the corridors were all carpeted...this goes a long way to kill noise of other guests walking by your room. Nice touch! Our room was wonderful - everything as was pictured in the website. Nice touch of welcome gift. Plenty of fluffy towels and a huge bathrobe. Breakfast every morning was a huge buffet......freshly refilled even minutes before the end of service. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as we ate in the village every evening. But speaking to other guests I believe this was wonderful too. The pools were spotless - ( sadly the water was very cold ) and more than enough sun beds so need for early risers to reserve beds with towels!! The hotel is only mins from the village through the very conveniently placed back door.

The Hotel is well maintained and there’ are a lot of activities provided daily. The rooms are rather small and compare with Hong Kong size rooms. The staff are very pleasant commencing with reception, Elena to the Barman Andrea. Unfortunately it is a huge complex and it needs to explain that there are two parts..... family and couples.... the noise and yelling in the area our room was in was totally unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is huge, but the volume of people showing up at one time makes it a very unpleasant experience. maybe they could get some rubber castor wheels for the table clearing carts so it doesn’t sound like a train when collecting the used crockery. I would stay here again but would be careful of the location of the room.

We received a fabulous welcome from the very friendly and professional reception staff. Special mention should be made of Antonio who provided us with a welcome drink and diligently outlined all of the facilities available in and around the hotel. The reception area is very impressive,spacious and airy,well furnished/decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was also very spacious,spotlessly clean,well equipped,comfortable bed,good bathroom/amenities and spectacular views of the sea and golf courses. The public areas were superb with great swimming pools,spa,gym,children's play areas and gardens. The bar and restaurant were excellent and breakfast was plentiful and of very good quality and variety. The hotel is within easy walking distance of El Rompido's beach,restaurants,bars and shops. On site parking is available for a small fee (€5) and is well worth it for security and proximity to the accommodation.

great location for Huelve ferry. good buffet dinner and breakfast. friendly staff. safe parking. Huge comfy bed

We chose this place as an alternative to Lisbon would you believe, after struggling to park in Lisbon and the weather being atrocious we decided to move on and stay here as our next stop was Porto, it was a good choice as this is a resort and had all the amenities, very tidy and clean with attentive staff at check in. The restaurant was self service but what a choice available, both in the evening and at breakfast.

They had construction on the deck right in front of my room long before I wanted to get up. Cutting cement and using a blower. Not cool when you have waited 18 months for a vacation.

Warm welcome friendly staff nice clean comfortable room.breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice for everyone at reasonable price.
