I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Thanksgiving Point. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly and have attention to detail. When leaving my room, my daughter had all her stuffed animals tucked in. When we returned the room was cleaned and beds made and they even tucked them in again. Was so sweet! Family friendly hotel and recommend them! :)

Room was not cleaned. French fry and other crumbs all over the floor. Stained sheets. The lady at the front desk was the only woman me working on a Friday night and was so busy. We felt bad for her but it was a terrible stay.

Convenient, comfortable and lots of dining close bye.

Everything was great except the bed. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable that the two nights I stayed I wasn't able to sleep.

It was great, clean, quiet and Annie checked us in and was very pleasant.

If you expect a clean hotel room, especially the bathroom, this is not the place to go. The bathroom walls were grimy and the toilet bowl had streaks in it as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The shower had what seemed like some plumbing issues as it wouldn't fully transfer from the faucet to the shower head, and the drain for the shower and the sink both seemed clogged as they drained very slowly. The bathtub was super slippery, and everyone in our family that used the shower nearly fell. There was also a part of the room where the baseboard wasn't fully attached to the wall. I'm not a nit picky person, but honestly this was gross and seemed a little sketchy. We might as well have stayed in a cheap motel, at least then I would have saved some money for the same experience.

We had a nice stay. The pool was pretty small. Fitness room was nice but some equipment out of order. It was a decent stay, just a little pricey for what we got.

Liked the nightlight in the bathroom. Great addition and so simple!

Not given the proper room at first. The airconditioner did not work properly so sleeping was uncomfortable. Darking curtian would not lift up, so it was dark in the morning and had to use the lamps. Rooms need more than 1 chair.

It was definitely not as advertised. Few amenities. Pool was a hazard, floors in hall and elevator always wet.

One thing i didnt like, was nothing was refill in my shower. No shampoo, conditioner and bodysoap. Before i got to my room. But everything else was good.

Basic hotel. A little rundown. The bathroom smelled weird. I think it’s the cleaner they use. Overly priced for this hotel
