Pros: The staff were great, especially the lady working in the restaurant in the evenings and the office manager. Cons: The sheets had obviously not been changed on one of the beds in our room, door access card was a constant struggle, wifi was on and off at random for the duration of our three day stay

Place is good for stay in La Paz, buffet breakfast was fine. A lot of parking and walkable area round near to beaches. Wi-Fi was too slow and towels suddenly disappeared from our room without replacements.

Nice stay

This hotel is older but they work hard to keep the pool area, grounds, and rooms very clean. The music at the pool was a bit loud but it ended at a reasonable hour before 10pm and then in the morning the birds were definitely a wake-up call. We enjoyed walking along the marina walk but the best thing about our stay was the surprisingly excellent breakfast buffet which on the weekends included a seafood station. Wonderful!

The property is extremely outdated, I was itchy all night sleeping in the bed, I did not use the pillows nor go under the sheets. Woke up with back pain, I was expecting a clean and updated property from the pictures. I would call it a motel and not a hotel at this point. I was Unable to flush the toilet the following morning and the property doesn’t have a water filtration system, super rough water I do not recommend if you are looking for at least 3 star. Terrible

Location is great, marina super nice and clean. The restaurant has good food and their chef is supper nice. An issue we had was when we decided to upgrade upon arrival. After paying almost $500 (dollars), we were given a "suite" which looked nothing like the suites displayed on their site, more like their basic room with a view. After my husband politely questioned the staff, they brushed him off with, "sorry, that's all you get with your upgrade." Within a few minutes they called our room claiming to do us "a favor" and switched us to an actual suite. Imagine if we wouldn't have questioned, we did not complain btw, but just simply asked!! Another thing we noticed upon arrival was the pool. It was in desperate need of cleaning and some maintenance. The water was in poor condition, and worst, allowing children to swim in it. The next day it was closed and the cleaning started. How do you allow the pool get that dirty!

AC had some issues, wasn’t working very well, besides that everything was great.
