I didn’t got the room that night and till now I didn’t got the refund from the hotel

Rooms probably need an update. Resort itself was very nice, because of limited staff our food was always wrong. I would stay there again in the summer though.

The staff was unbelievably kind in nature , every time we had a question or needed something there was quick response. We look forward to another trip.

Do not know I never stayed there I had to cancel

The bed mattress was impossibly soft to sleep on. Like trying to sleep on a bunch of marshmallows. The TV didn't work at all. The toilet flapper was leaking, causing the toilet to cycle all night long.

Grounds are beautiful. Buildings are taken care off but in need of remodeling as they are aged. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer. Housekeeping is not every other day as stated. It is nonexistent. The app they use for tv is horrible. Glitches frequently, kicking you out of what you are watching. It signs you out and you have to submit a ticket for a tech to come out and enter a password.

The property was basic, but had great views of the smokies. Our room had plumbing issues the toilet was slow to flush and the tub wouldn’t drain while showering we had to stand in a tub of water.

Old outdated facility that once had it's hay day but not today. We were there for a family get together and after first night was moved from garden room because the whole rooms floor was wet and centipedes were crawling around. They moved us to the updated lodge and said there would be no upcharge since we did not request the move and had already prepaid for our stay. They lied and there was an upcharge that we were charged. No response from Fontana. Some of our family stayed in the "cottages" and one family stayed in the same cottage 7 years ago and it still had the same old furniture. Breakfast buffet was $65 for three of us. The marina was nice and the boat rental was great. The lake is beautiful and was our highlight.

Beautiful grounds, staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time here.

Everuthing was wonderful except for the lodge room ajoining room door. Thst door is paper thin and yiu can hear everything yiir neighbor does. We had our TV at 20 volume level and they complained it wa stoo loud I could here her on her phone and the entire conversation. Ask for a room with out an ajpining room door. You will thank me. Also wish they had a little more variety on the breakfast buffet. Maybe add some yogurt or oatmeal. It was Alot of carbs.

We have stayed here for years at cabins but got a handicapped accessible room in the Garden section A. There was a ramp and the room was accessible but there was no nearby HC parking. That is an easy fix to make one of the nearby parking spots HC.

Such a fun time! The layout was interesting. We picked this so we could ride dragon tail. So glad we found it. The pool and lazy river were amazing!!

The keys didn't work on the first attempt, so we had to drive back to front desk to get new ones. Once in the room, we noticed the shower curtain was missing. We had to drive back for the second time to the front desk to get shower curtains and hang them up ourselves. The floor was tiled and was wet, like it was damp mopped, but never dried. We reported, but weren't moved to a new room, despite open rooms available. The hotel appeared very runned down. Do not recommend

It's a nice place but a little difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

The property is great. The landscaping and flowers are beautiful. The people here are very friendly and nice. We are up and going and getting ready for our clogging competition!!!! Wish us LUCK!!!! Thanks for helping us get a better rate on our stay!!!!

The 11/2 days we were there were ok. It was checkin that was an issue. In the end it seems to have been an issue between Fontana & Hotels.com a Hoels. Com k
