El hotel sería fácilmente un 10 si el servicio durante el desayuno pudiera mejorar. Lamentablemente, el staff de la mañana en el buffet mostró un servicio lento y, en algunos casos, poco amable. En particular, algunos colaboradores como Jordan, Manuel y el cocinero encargado de huevos y quesadillas transmitieron una actitud poco empática, dando la impresión de que el servicio se brindaba a disgusto, como si fuera un favor y no parte de la experiencia del huésped. En contraste, quiero resaltar el excelente trato de Eker, así como la amabilidad constante del equipo de recepción, el personal de piscina y el staff encargado de las actividades, quienes fueron siempre atentos y profesionales. Esto confirma que el hotel cuenta con muy buen talento humano en varias áreas. Lamentablemente, el tema del desayuno fue recurrente durante los tres días de mi estancia. El primer día pensé que podía deberse a haber pedido a la carta, pero en los días siguientes, aun consumiendo del buffet, la experiencia fue igual o incluso peor. Considero que esta área es una gran oportunidad de mejora. Con un equipo que realmente disfrute el servicio y la hospitalidad, la experiencia del hotel sería sobresaliente y completamente acorde al nivel que el resto del personal sí logra ofrecer.

Everything was top notch, from the rooms to the staff and the place in general. If you want to isolate from the world in a secluded and beautiful environment this place is for you.

This place made me feel like it didn't justify the cost. It is not cheap so yo expect prime service and we didnt felt it with the package I hired for my wife that included a cheese table and fondue which arrived 2 hours later even after 3 calls. The mexican dinner had areas of opportunity as it really was average and lack taste and temperature. The feria was a very good option and the rest of the hotel is great

This a glamping option not an actual hotel, very noisy, any kids playing all day, screaming... 104 stairs to get to the room! (I actually counted them) the rooms are far away from the main area. Kids playing even in the relax zone of the spa. Not worth it. Go to avandaro hotel instead.

Beautiful place with lots of privacy (every room essentially is a cabin) in the middle of the woods. Great restaurant, spa, yoga, pool.

The Spa circuit is marvelous! The staff is very diligent. The rates are increasingly higher with a third person even if she is a kid. The pool is small but warm. Complicates for elders to walk around. - good and fresh food-

Really nice, interesting property. Good walking, birdwatching, activities. Loved it on the Thursday I stayed when it was quiet. Friday and Saturday it was full of families and kids. Still enjoyable, but the atmosphere definitely changed The room in the forest was really nice! Very unique and beautiful. Food at the Restaurant was very good.

Rooms are fully immersed in the nature and fully and nicely equiped to enjoy the quietness of the place. You don’t need to go out, food is amazing for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of activities to do out-door or just relax at the swimming pool or jacuzzi. Will definitley recommend staying here with your couple or family !

The Staff were very accommodating. They were always available to help and make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is gorgeous! The staff ia polite, but would be nicer if they smiled more. The shower’s temperature was uncontrollable… either too hot or too cold… But the hotel and cabins are absolutely incredible!!

It is a natural sanctuary with incredible gastronomy and service. You HAVE to take into account that you walk on uneven and slippery territory to be able to go to the rooms, restaurant and pool. It is not easy to get around. If you are sensible to light at night, the trail lights stay on all night and the curtains let the light in.

The hotel was absolutely exquisite. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds gorgeous. The staff so amaxing. And every meal we had was gourmet delicious outstanding.
