Awesome hotel!

Elegant hotel , clean , very welcoming staff . Spacious rooms . Quiet and more for adults . Great food variety What stood out most was the Tanga Beach Restaurant , amazing food and the staff at this restaurant we beyond excellent, the sir hospitality is second to none.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in an elite room which was lovely and spacious. Slight drain smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning but cleared quickly and didn't bother us!

Food was amazing, staff is friendly and always ready to help, room cleaning is good, more than enough amenities and entertainment for the type of rest this place offers.

Drinks options on the indoor bars were good although there was a different level of All inclusive which you needed to pay for to be able to access some other cocktails and champagne. Staff were very good around the resort and always helpful however there needs to be more waiters around the pool area as we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes for our order to come back to us. There was also a building site next door to the hotel which is not their fault, but it was a bit noisy at times and unsightly. Food at the resort was beautiful.

The staff was wonderful, and most especially Saif who helped us throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in early and check out late which was most helpful considering our flight arrangements, thank you all!!

Amazing property.After they offered a room only with pool view and I paid for Seaview the reception gave us an upgrade very good room with really nice seaview.The cleaning stuff very good.is nice where they advertised that they have to many restaurants but some of them booked 5 days in advance and if you only stayed for 5 days how is that fare.The tempanaki and Egyptian restaurant were nice but the French no great at all. The guy who served the drinks on the beach was not happy with us that I prefer to purchase my drinks from the bar.(why did you go to the bar was his question my answer is why not )They were not nice with my husband about the towel rules.He was there 5 min before 8 am to put our towels for the sunbeds they make him wait 5 min but at the same time a lot of sunbeams were covered with towels around 7:30 am.Rules only for some people but not for all.The amenities were amazing.The golf too.The rooms and the resort were amazing.I don't drink much and I was surprised that I have to get my drink only with dark rum not white.( they what an extra charge ) but one of the managers manage to get me my white rum with no extra charge ( thank you ).Be aware of all inclusive alcohol drinks ( very limited )

Really good amenities. Such as pool, lazy river, spa and the beach itself. Staff - the hard grinders by the pool, in the spa and at the restaurants were lovely. Good enthusiasm and staying positive while working in incredible heat. Restaurants - hit and miss. Only good lunch was the Tanga Beach Restaurant. The Adults only beach restaurant was a very nice meal and good setting for dinner. Buffet was hit and miss - S Square meals weren't great. More often than not at the A La Carte restaurants, you could only pick 4 dishes - it wasn't typical all you can eat all inclusive. Teppanyaki was particularly disappointing. There is a big construction project happening next to the hotel. So, request and seek rooms that are located either in main lobby building / over conference centre looking towards the Pure Lifestyle Adults Only hotel. The rooms have an outdoor corridor to access them - so road noise travels into the room and construction noise travels into the room. Cleaning quality and up keep of property is not 5 star. Doors seem battered, room keeping don't clean the bathrooms thoroughly, just do a basic job. Pool could do with a deep clean in the off season also. Mini Bar wasn't replaced properly a lot of the time. Had to keep asking for specific items, but house keeping struggle to speak English and communicate with guests. Overall - good for budget holiday, but not 5 star. More like a 4 star hotel.

Property was really good but it had some weird smell. I loved our room and all inclusive food was pretty good as well.

Amazing place

Steinberger is an exceptional hotel that we highly recommend. Our stay was truly unforgettable. Nermine, at reception, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness, flexibility, and were very accommodating. We would certainly consider returning to Steinberger in the future.

One of the best hotels in hurghada

Mir hat unser Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen gefallen. Positiv: - Sehr sauberes Hotel - Mitarbeiter freundlich (am besten Trinkgeld geben da wenig Einkommen) - Echte Coka Cola/Heineken Markenbier in Dosen rausgegeben oder an der Bad immer zum Ausschank verfügbar - Essen war zu jederzeit und im jedem Restaurant sehr lecker. Auch das Büffet fande ich immer lecker. Selbst nachts bei Ankunft waren im Foyer kleine Snacks Verfügbar - Man fühlt sich auf der Anlage sehr sicher - Zimmer war sehr groß und gute Aussicht Negativ: - Beim essen am Buffet wurden meistens direkt unsere Teller weggeräumt, sowie halbvolle Gläser um Platz zu machen, für neue Gäste. Das Personal geht automatisch davon aus, dass du gegangen bist obwohl wir nur Nachschub vom Buffet geholt haben. Das ist leider mehrfach passiert, das fanden wir ziemlich ärgerlich das halbvolle Gläser jetzt weggeleert wurden. - Sobald man aus dem Hotel geht und die Strasse entlang läuft versucht dich jeder anzulabern weil sie dir irgendwas verkaufen wollen. Einer hat uns sogar gedroht. Eher nicht zu empfehlen, lieber in der Hotelanlage bleiben.
