Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was perfect. I requested transportation to airport the evening before and it was there the next early morning like I requested. It's a great hotel and close to all tourist spots in the city.

The hotel its great option of you are passing a weekend or work travel, the beds are hard but clean, parking lot its really big with Tesla chargers.

Fue nuestra tercer ves quedandonos aqui mientras visitando familiar en Durango y todo salio perfecto otra ves! Estuvimos en cuatro cuartos y a todos nos fue muy bien la experiencia desde llegar hasta irnos. Los cuartos estaban limpios, la limpieza se hizo bien, la alberca y el restaurant fueron excelentes, el area de comer afuera estaba limpio y con sombra, y tener la tienda Chedraui y una gasolineria tan cercas ayuda mucho.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. It has security at the street level, and we felt safe. Bed was comfortable and the A/C was working great. No complaints or issues.

The room was mostly clean, it could be better the tables didn't look wiped down. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. The smart tv in the room was great. The pool was nice, clean and the water was not too cold, but the roof that covers the sun needs to be fixed it has holes in it. And the jacuzzi had a lot of ants by it, which I really didn't like for my kids to have to walk through. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the tea and coffee station in the lobby. The restaurant onsite was good and the parking is convenient, the area of this hotel is very walkable and I liked that many things are close by like the gas station and stores.
