Nice clean place, the air conditioner saved my day cause it was very humid and kinda hot

The staff was very unfriendly. Only one waiter, don't remember the name, he doesn't have hair, was really good. The sensation was that the rest of the staff was trying to let me know that they didn't want me to be there.

Great for the price

The room they gave us was a very old one, the breakfast was pretty good, we really liked it, staff was ok, very comfortable beds, overall the hotel was clean.

Hotel muito confortável, bom atendimento! Porém falta um carrinho para levar a bagagem até os quartos, item de baixo investimento para um hotel desse porte não ter, tive que carregar no braço junto com a minha família, todas as compras que fizemos de vinhos. Outro ponto importante, o café da manhã, os bolos e pães não são frescos, são bem massudos, mas pra mim o pior ponto é o fato de não ter o carrinho.

It was fine.

The hotel is quite old, but clean and everything worked. Water taps are a little tricky, and their online check-in (for automatic key pickup) didn't work. Breakfast is quite simple but ok. The location is nice, a few blocks from the park of the three borders that has a couple of nice restaurants.

Best hotel in the area, very recommended great breakfast, rooms and pool area.

The location is lovely, with easy access to walk along the river. The view from my room window was of trees, with birds singing. The large outdoor pool was wonderful.
