The hotel is centrally located and close to attractions and restaurants. It is an older hotel right across n the Jardín de Union. We asked for and got a quiet interior room. The beds were on the firm side. Room was clean but the bathroom is still n major need of a remodel. Staff was friendly and could speak English.

Staff is amazing! Rooms are spotless and a great central location to walk around the city. Food on site is amazing they offer discounts to its guest and a free drink at a local bar. If your checking out early make sure to inform staff so that your vehicle can be left at front of parking lot as the don’t have over night/early staff to move vehicles. Overall great! I have stayed 3 times at said location and family/friends have loved it.

Everything was great, the only thing was the hotel's internet was a disaster; it kept cutting out and I couldn't contact my family every day.

Our room was reasonable although smaller than others with a tiny TV. Still, the room was quiet even though near the action and the staff was helpful. We like the hotel. You should know that parking is pretty limited. The location is very good and the hotel was charming.

We went to this town unexpectedly and stayed here. In the Heart of the plaza. Minutes from everything big and important. This is the BEST place to stay for convenience.

Very small washrooms, we were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were full size beds. Their elevator is very limited only 2 people
