The room was clean and nicely decorated. All the staff I came across were really helpful and friendly.

The staff were excellent we booked in early as we were off to a wedding parked the and ledt our luggage at reception and when returned much later they had kindly taken out luggage to our room. Everything about our stay waz excellent comfortable bed clean room great bathroom and shower, also a really tasty breakfast for much the same price as a very ordinary premier inn. So all things considered a very pleasant experience would most definitely use this hotel and other's in there group again and again.

Misleading booking information. Booking offered free breakfast; hotel did not accept therefore disagreement and embarrassment ensued.

Warm welcome, very high standard of cleanliness in room, quiet room, excellent breakfast, well worth the (rasonable) cost. Staff very friendly.

Checkin could be friendlier. Room needed a revamp. Menu could be a little more adventurous.

Nice stay at the royal wells hotel Free car parking Close to town, approx a 10 minute walk Room was nice, but more attention needed when cleaning . Top of the wardrobe was covered with dust and the curtains had tea stains all of the bottom of them. Bathroom was clean Breakfast was good

Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice dining room.

Room was very spacious with everything provided. You need to use your mobile to call reception though. Staff interaction was mixed. Dining and bar staff were good but changed every evening (5 nights) so there was no capacity to remember I was GF or that my wine was put away each evening. Reception rarely manned and I had to wait till someone appeared. Reception staff were fine once you spoke to them, but never looked up if you passed by or welcomed you back when you came in at the end of a day out. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Limited tight off street “free” parking - amazed that more car park incidents didn’t occur. Luckily stayed Saturday and Sunday nights, as free street parking after 6 pm and on Sunday directly opposite hotel. Room initially not available at 2.15 for 3 pm check in. Cosy comfortable room with coffee pods and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Beautiful bathroom toiletries. Room at front with views over RTW town. If opt for green option to “Skip the Clean”, then you have to request for extra tea/coffee. Great cooked breakfast choices to go with continental buffet options. Lovely dining room. Only downside was yapping dogs in next room every time they were taken out for a walk.
