Plenty parking lots, easy to access.

The hotel is located in an excellent area and it looks lovely from the outside plus the grounds are very maintained but that’s where it stops. The lobby is very clean and nice but small like a motel lobby. Upon checking in I ask if by chance they had upgraded my room as I had called to ask beforehand since no larger rooms or harbor views were available online at Expedia. She then informed me that those rooms were not placed on those sites and could be booked directly on their website. So I knew right then I was going to get a low end room because I had booked through a 3rd party. The room needed a good update-negatives were walls needs a new coat of paint , stains on the small sofa, curtains/sheers had stains on them, the bathroom faucets were tarnished in need of replacing as well as the ceramic floor needed a good grout cleaning! The positives - the bed was great with lovely linen /pillows , good shower and nice balcony but overlooks the street so no view. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall this is just a 5 on a scale of 10 hotel. It could be a wonderful hotel if it was redone and updated.

One night stopover, the car park was full due to a wedding, there is a commercial gym you can use, room was large and clean.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are quite dated, which was a little disappointing given the price point of $450+ per night. Our room was located directly above a wedding reception, and the noise was very loud until after 11pm. I think rooms on that side of the property would be better allocated to wedding guests, as it would likely have less impact on their stay. There was also limited parking available, so we had to park down the street, and we found an opened leftover milk carton in the fridge upon arrival. To their credit, the staff were fantastic and kindly removed our in-room dining charges from the bill. Their friendliness and service were definitely the highlight of our stay

Nice location just up from the waterfront and a nice walk to town centre. Quiet even though on the railway line.

Clean and very comfortable with great staff always willing to assist. Buffet Breakfast was delicious. Parking under the premises easy to use with plenty of space.

The hotel location is excellent. Room is nice and clean but a little dated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Nice, quiet hotel (except if your room is near housekeeping, then they will talk loudly outside your room starting at 8 am). Was less luxurious than I expected. Shower had hair in it when I arrived, but overall a nice, decent place for a quiet beach town.

The hotel and staff generally was very good however we were given (with no discussion) a room for the disabled which had a shower without a curtain and water that went everywhere.
