Helpful staff very

This is a pleasant place to rest up. the room was spacious. easy access to the local town and the staff are very friendly.

Nice, quiet hotel (except if your room is near housekeeping, then they will talk loudly outside your room starting at 8 am). Was less luxurious than I expected. Shower had hair in it when I arrived, but overall a nice, decent place for a quiet beach town.

The hotel and staff generally was very good however we were given (with no discussion) a room for the disabled which had a shower without a curtain and water that went everywhere.

We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. We ate breakfast there only once - it was 15 minutes from closing so the hot food was not the best. We are sure it was fine if you arrived earlier. Had great breakfast each other day at The Hungry Monkey, just around the corner. A perfect visit for a wedding and many happy memories created here.

Underwhelming. Basic rooms but clean

Breakfast was usual type hotel breakfast, everything fresh and well cooked, fruit and cheese platter was available.

Came here for a solo overnight trip so I could catch the sunrise near the Kiama Blowhole and this location does not disappoint. 10min walk from the blowhole along the coastal walk and within 7min walking to shops and eateries. The onsite restaurant does good food for dinner and the cocktails are well mixed and balanced. The room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed and the Foxtel TV with a wide range of channels for the moments you just want to relax. The only thing I will nitpick is that bathroom needed a better clean as there was quite a bit of dust build up but after a quick wipe down and it was all fine. Would definitely be staying here again when I'm visiting Kiama next!

The hotel was in a great location - close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Recently renovated and clean throughout room - very spacious too! Free parking was a bonus and would stay again.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Its a beautifully situated little wuaint hotel. It offers a comfortable and cosy accommodation. The staff are lovely and my room level and view was really appreciated. The only tiny detail, was my room was opposite the lift and a little noisy at times. But that did not take away from any enjoyment.
