Hotel well located. Would use some refreshing inside the rooms (mainly carpet). My bathroom had some hair from the previous guest on the floor…personnel were nice though!

18 yo Ramada kept clean but very worn. Large hotel that accommodates bus tour groups so breakfast can be a free for all unfortunately. If you can get it cheaply would book

There was a party in the atrium, with an unacceptable noise level and it lasted until midnight I was on the 4th floor — it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub

Great location near downtown Sibiu. Facility was clean and modern. Parking was on-site. Food in both, the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant was superb, and the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.

Quiet property. Bathroom needed cleaning, found old shampoo bottles in the shower. Breakfast was good, staff helpful.

This is the best choice if you visit the city. The hotel has a perfect position, and the staff is excellent, especially Dragos from the front office.

The stay was very good. However a couple of points: there was only one soap, no shower cap and one of the shower cabin door was perilously unstable. Otherwise, I was very pleased and comfortable in your hotel

we were travelling with kids and needed 2 rooms - gave us rooms on Different floors when there is NO possibility to use the elevator to get to the children's floor ! room temperature was 27 and rising as in a sauna (in the middle of summer 34 degrees outside) Very outdated furniture room was not cleaned properly for a few years shower had a very weak pressure the only good thing is that it is close to the center

Rude unfriendly. Brow water from plumbing,then yellow. Slowest elevator in the world with complicated key system that allows only guests to visit third floor. I saw elderly people take the steps it was so bad. Shameful.
