Nos fue muy bien, el desayuno delicioso, las camas super bien y la atención también increíble.

En resumen es un hotel desactualizado, las chapas del hotel no sirven ya que todos los días uno tiene que volver a pedir que las reprogramen, el desayuno sin sabor y mal cocinado, no cuenta con máquina de hielos o no quieren dar hielos por costo

Uno de los muchachos que se encuentra enfrente resesionista de muy malos modos no da información de los taxis uno hace preguntas y no sabe y de malos modos contesta es el único alto de tez clara fatal mala experiencia

The property is nice but although Querétaro is a beautiful small city, you should be prepared for several energy cuts lasting for several hours!!!!

Staff is really nice and friendly. The hotel look old in side due to old carpets and stairs in bad condition.

Very skimpy on amenities. No coffee after 6 AM until around 4 PM. Rooms are beat up but they do a nice job cleaning and the staff is friendly. Our keys kept malfunctioning. We needed to ask for new keys somewhere between 8 to 12 time. No exaggeration. Again, the guy at the front was apologetic and quick to get us new keys, but come on.... Pool is tiny and in the shade all day. Adjacent to a car wash on one side and a gas station in the other. Across the street from a Ford dealership. Very unwalkable.

Clean, everything worked. Staff were super! Only problem was restaurant not open for dinner every day.

Convenient place to stay if you are going to the Tec de Monterrey campus, very clean with comfortable rooms and a small pool.
