Property is for the most part well-kept though starting to show signs of wear.

My Experience – Mixed Feelings ⭐⭐⭐ During my stay at the hotel, the customer service was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful at all times. However, regarding the room, I must mention a few things. The mattress was sagging, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The sink started leaking, though we reported it and it was fixed promptly, which we appreciated. As for breakfast, there was no variety, it was the same every day, which can be repetitive if you're staying for several days. Also, the shower had a temperature issue — even when set to cold, the water came out very hot, which caused a lot of discomfort. Other than these issues, I have no further complaints. With some improvements in the rooms, the overall experience could be much better.

Everything was top notch! Totally recommended.

Good nice clean hotel. Seems like it’s renovated recently. But breakfast was on the lighter side. No hot items except toast, bagels and packaged sausage and cheese sandwich.

Refrigerator and TV malfunctioning. Staff did nothing to remediate. Spoke to manager who offered no compensation or even an apology.

It was good. Nothing to complain about.

Rooms were clean, A/C was cold. Good continental breakfast.

Stayed one night,Had two joined rooms. GOT THETE REALLY LATE. Usually when I get in a room I give it a good look over, but I was so tired from an all day drive I showered and whent right to bed. MY Mom was next door had bo towels, no biggie called the front desk, She was real nice brought my mom towels. IN the moining I woke up was getting my stuff together when I UNPLUGGED my cpap I locked down between the bed and the night stand when I saw a torn wrapper. UHG IT WAS A CONDUM WRAPPER. I FELT SO DISGUSTED. I TOOK A PICK, SHOWED IT TO THE FRONT DESK. SHE made made a face likr it was nothing new, gave me a card abd told me to email the manager. BOT EVEN A SORRY. I WOULD LIKE A REFOND, MADE ME WONDER IF THE ROOM WAS CLEANED AT ALL.

Very clean, great parking, staff was very friendly and professional.

Hotel staff and manager were very friendly and helped resolve error on my part. The hotel was clean and decent. Shower water pressure low. Room ac wasn’t on when arrived so warm until it cooled down. Loved the deluxe suite with adjoining room.

no towels at any room, no wake up call even I requested. Staff is not good to behave.

Newly renovated hotel. However, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and dips in the middle. The noise outside the room was disturbing. The breakfast ends at 9 am which was inconvenient.
