Location excellent!! Welcoming bellow 0!! Old very very rude women Her greeting was check in at 4 It was just 3pm I had no issues with this I then asked where can we park Again so so rude she replied on the street I said I understand but there is nothing so where else can we park near by ?? She got very angry and just said on street By now I had enough and just left We later found out there was a park house near by She could have explained this Treat others the way you want to be treated !!! With respect!!! Location was great rooms clean and typical 3 star can’t fault it Basically the women’s welcome was just unfortunately very bad

Nice staff but very dirty and smelly and noisy. Small rooms and uncomfortable bed.

For a budget hotel our stay was very good, bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else was absolutely fine, would definitely stay again

When I checked in the man at the front desk was rude and creepy. I was traveling alone at the time as a women and I felt extremely unsafe. I got to my room and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned. There was hair all over the floor and all over the bed. I lifted the bed sheet to find spiders crawling in the bed. Absolutely disgusting. I went down stairs to ask if they could give me a new sheet and the man at the front desk said that he had to come into my room and see it himself. I was not asking for anything other than a sheet and felt like it was unnecessary for him to come into my room with me. Again feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. He came into the room and said he saw nothing even though there was hair everywhere. I felt too uncomfortable to argue with a man half my size and got him to get out of my room. I left without checking out 5 minutes later for the sake of my safety. Would NOT recommend saying here, they need some new staff and a renovation (maybe to clean the rooms between new stays would be great).

The hotel is a basic 3 star hotel conveniently situated to the town centre. The staff speak reasonable English. The room was basic but did have air con and a small fridge. There is a small swimming pool on the roof with 8 or so sun loungers. Breakfast is a bit non plus but edible. 4 stars rather than 5 as one day we had no hot water in the morning.

Lovely little hotel tucked up side street minutes from the square but far enough away to not be disturbed by night life noise. The hotel is a little dated but it was spotless the water was hot air con and WiFi was excellent. Lovely little pool on the roof with a few sunbeds you can basically do what you want. Breakfast is very basic it’s fine for me as I don’t really do breakfast but if you like your traditional fry up then there are plenty of restaurants in the square to chose from. We hired a car and parking was tight near the hotel but at the top of the road was two large carparks. The owners fernando and his wife are lovely and helpful I will be returning later in the year. Good restaurants are ones in the square and through the tunnel to catch the little train go to the end of the beach and go up the escalators the train stop it at the top. They do take cards.

I moved to this hotel to get away from the noise at another hotel that was in the center. Unfortunately, they put me into the noisiest room in the hotel. I had to wear earplugs as there was a lot of noise outside my window.

Clean and well located

Great little hotel with a roof top pool . Close to amenities and all the action .

Stayed at CDM before and it is still a clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel with great staff and an ideal location. Will be booking again next time I’m in Albufeira

Simple things like a safe in the room should not be costing extra.

Just above the crazy fray of the town proper up a small 2 block hill. Great views from the roof top pool terrace! Room was comfy (although mattresses are the typical Portuguese spring hard beds that poke you in your sleep). The room was very good, water pressure in shower was good! Fridge in room was a nice bonus. Breakfast was underwhelming, but cheap and handy so there is that. Would stay again- although Albuferia is not exactly up our alley, it was a funny town to see once ;)

The pool area really needs renovations. Sun beds look really worn out. Staff were pleasant. Location wise is good, close to town center. Breakfast was somewhat poor, but it was quiet cheap (4.9€), so it's ok. The room smelled bad. It felt like it was some stinking desinfectant. The bed pretty old and mattresses requires replacement. My back was hurting after a night sleep. At night felt some bites and got some bite marks, which looks like bed bugs.

Old property, visible signs of wear, including spots and rust everywhere in the bathroom. Safe deposit box requires a key. AC worked well and location is good.

Basic apartments but cleaned, fresh towels, bed made and change of bins in room done every day. Excellent location for old town, reception staff welcoming and helpful.

This is a terrible property. There are no plug points for charging, bathroom shower is leaky and floods the floor, bed is uncomfortable and the fire alarm went off at 3 AM for the entire property because some resident was smoking

Among the worst hotels I have visited Good points are; good location. Clean bed sheets and clean towels. Negative points, very dirty room, cut toe nails on the floor, the shower was dirty and nasty, no hot water for 3 days, very noisy, I did not sleep one full night, could hear all the sex life, domestic dramas etc. in other rooms. Kettle but no coffee or tea, wardrobe without hangers, dressing table without a stole or chair, the pool is tiny and only space for a few people. You can find many much better hotels in Albufeira and to this price. I left before time, couldn’t take it any longer.
