The whole place needs a revamp. It's fine for the price. Food is decent. Service is great. Beach is calm and enjoyable.

First of all I book for oasis palm and got sent to the other hotel. All most all the restaurants were closed. Only buffet was open. You couldn't even get a reservation for the other restaurants. We stayed there for 4 nights and not one night we were able to get a reservation for a restaurant. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone and we will not be coming back there

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and there was always something fun to do. My kids and I had a blast- there were great activities during the day and a different show every night that kept us entertained. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and everything was well organized. A perfect family getaway

We had to upgrade to The Sens Hotel to get better room and access to more restaurants for dining.

Great beach

I liked how they have lots of kid activities it’s great for family fun especially the beach calm ,beautiful just great for kids of all ages. Disliked all restaurants it’s a big lie you can reserve and eat in them the only two restaurants you can eat from are the buffet ones which are Hacienda which food was horrible and Palms which i would rate 5 out of 10 all others will have a surcharge which is ridiculous price for an all-inclusive Hotel

All they focus on was the timeshare. We were not able to reserve for any restaurants and they did not even offer any drinks at the pool. Also, they did not have room service. I would not recommend to nobody, I've stayed at better hotels with cheaper prices.

Menagment is terrible and complicated while stuff is amazing. A lot of ridiculous rules without any flexibility.

Family friendly

FOOD AND RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL WERE SUPER CLEAN AND FANCY. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS.

The beach was filthy, so were the chairs . Not enough for you to sit. Everyone in my group got food poisoning, including about 7 other people we talked to. Wasn’t a pleasant stay .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. It’s a very family friendly hotel the kids had good fun. Right on the beach so that was nice .

He got sick for 2 days had food poisoning, the fruits were out temperature , the buffet in general was not tempting correct,

We enjoyed the pools, especially with our 5 year old twins. Lots of fun climbing areas and slides next to the one pool that we used most often. We also liked the playground on the beach and the proximity of the resort to some attractions, such as the Captain Hook pirate ships. Our one son loved the video games (even though half the buttons and controllers didn’t actually work properly). We (adults) really enjoyed the buffet but wish they had fries, pizza, and plain pasta available at the main buffet every night for our very fussy children. We could get these items at other restaurants throughout the day but they were closed in the evening. Our room was dated and had a musty smell. However, the a/c worked well and we had great water pressure in the shower. Long line-ups for drinks when on the beach (only one bartender) but drinks were flavourful and we thought they were generous with the alcohol. Very impressed with the Friday night show, “Mexico es Todo!” You can easily book day trips from the hotel, with pick-up and drop-off onsite. We would stay at this resort again with our young sons.
