Good overall view of hotel and would stay again. Only real criticism would be the bar as poor selection of drinks available

We really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone

Got a good deal. Rooms not really 4* standard. Customer service was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best thing was that it had rooms big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (without them having to sleep on the same bed). Upgraded to half board as the supplement was very reasonably priced.

I liked the atmosphere and the cleanliness. The pool could be improved.

El transporte a la playa estupendo, con una persona super agradable.

La habitacion era grande pero el armario incomodo, no tienen cargador en el parking para coches electricos y en el baño no habia donde dejar el neceser. La comida correcta, faltaba en el bufet una opcion plancha de carne y pescado

Todo muy bien, desayuno buffet muy completo. Por poner un pero en mi habitación faltaba una mampara o cortina en la ducha, . ,

Muy bonito, camas muy comodas

Fuimos en pareja, desayuno muy bien calidad precio, fuimos en noviembre y disfrutamos de muchisima tranquilidad. El personal muy agradable.

Hotel alejado del centro y de la playa, económico y aparcamiento fácil

Eduficio muy bonito. Pocas instalaciones. Solo piscina y cafeteria.

Lo único el bufé pero porque mi hija es muy especial para las comidas deberían de tener más comida orientada a niños

Excelente relação qualidade preço. Quarto limpo e confortável. Só o cheiro a esgoto da casa de banho estraga tudo. O restaurante podia ser melhor mas para o preço está muito bem. A disponibilidade e simpatia dos empregados nao podia ser melhor
