We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vittoria. It is well-located and parking was easy. They recommended nearby restaurants that were good. It was handicapped accessible which was important for us.

Good location and nice staff

Great hotel in the heart of Trapani, very friendly and helpful staff, specially Lisa, on the front desk. The hotel is five minutes from the beach, old town, restaurants and rail/bus station. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location right on the beach. Only wish they had parking. You have to pay the meters every day. Other than that, its a great property at a great value.

A lovely hotel at the border between the old and new town parts of Trapani. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, if you need extra information. My single room on the third floor (elevators available) was spacious, clean, and had a good firm bed. The bathroom was fine, also had a big window, and featured the standard Italian bathroom fixture, the bidet! The price included breakfast buffet was well-appointed with hot and cold items as well as continental breakfast choices. I can only recommend this hotel and would go back there if the opportunity were to arise.

A wonderful place with super friendly staff. I het were super hospitable, letting me work in their lobby and serving me free drinks. After coming back a couple of days later, they did not mind that I took place again without a reservation. I would recommend this place.

Loved the staff of this hotel. They more than made up for anything lacking in the hotel. Front desk staff and housekeepers were amazing. The waiters at breakfast were also very professional.

Location was good. Was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were as hard as nails. Some staff were great, some were not so approachable. Breakfast was slim pickings most days. When checking out the night shift receptionist did not know how to do this, could not give me a receipt, still have not received one many days later.

The pictures of the rooms are misleading. Pictures shown on Hotels.com are only of superior room. The standard rooms are substantially smaller. Also, the “sea view “ is really a view of a massive ugly car park. Only when you crane your next you can see sea at diagonal angle. Most staff however were very helpful and very nice. For example, a receptionist organized for me a private doctor to come to hotel when I was very unwell. Some staff members speak poor English.

Location was great. Near the beach and restaurants. Beautiful large room with amazing huge bathroom. Parking was a minor problem because even though there was a large lot across the street the desk couldn’t make change for us and we had to run around town to get change to prepay the meter.

Hotel location was great. It was just on the edge of the pedestrian only area and close to the beach. Hotel staff was great and accomodating. They held our luggage before check in and after check out, arranged for a taxi to the airport, and gave us great advice on San Vito Lo Capo and how to get there (if you're visiting mainly for just the beach and good food, you should just stay in San Vito Lo Capo; it's much nicer). The hotel had a great breakfast daily. The in-room air conditioning seemed to only work at night in our room. Not a huge deal since we were out all day but coming back to a hot room isn't ideal. Also, the walls were a little thin; mainly just hearing everyone's plumbing and showers was just a tad annoying. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Trapani.
