Greater by a very polite and helpful member of staff and given a beautiful clean room with all lovely view.

Redecorated, warm, good food.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. Check in and check out were smooth, and I was particularly impressed by the man I found before breakfast who helped me sort out a medical issue. He was kind and thoughtful and a great asset to the hotel.

All lovely, except, greatly miffed by the fact that the King room / bed was exactly the same as the Double room / bed, yet I paid £50 more for the King room / bed.

I booked a double room for my son, and a king for myself and my husband. The king cost £50 more than the double. However, both rooms /beds were exactly the same. I felt a bit conned. Having said that, the actual hotel was lovely, and . The staff were very friendly.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, food great!

Room very clean excellent facilties however there were 3 steps up to first level which wasnt explained clearly on check in ..could have been a problem for some . food and bar quite expensive. Breakfast wasnt explained how or what to do.. just told to take a seat anywhere. Had to ask for cindiments which were brought to table and for extra sugar for tea .

Had a lovely stay, room was very clean, sparkling! Loved having a fridge in the room. Staff all friendly, will stay again.
