The hotel did not meet expectations at all. Building was old and outdated and run down, room was not clean or pleasant at all. We really just closed our eyes and went to sleep for one night. Would not recommend at all

Rooms were not cleaned . Garbage from the day before was not removed. Staff couldn’t care less.

I think doors need to be fixed to the rooms, I stayed on first floor. It looked like it was flooded. Otherwise we loved our stay. Thank you.

Not so far from the city center. Rooms are big for their prices.

We had ordered a suite yet the sofa bed wasn’t made up and when we went down to ask for it to be set up they said housekeeping had left. They offered another room for our daughter another room. Which we didn’t take as we didn’t want our daughter in another room

Excellent property

We had a lovely stay at the Atrium Hotel. The staff were really helpful and our room was nice, very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed making use of the pool and sauna

I felt misled by the 5 star rating. The hotel room felt very dated and basic. It felt like an old hospital room. We did not enjoy any of the food either. The positives were the staff, it was clean and the a/c worked well.

Friendly staff

The service we received was first-rate.

Room size was good, condition was ok. On arrival the room request was not available - kind required but was offered a twin. Shower selector did not work was missing and bath was dirty. For the price paid there was other options that in hindsight should have chosen.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms, spa and pool. The front desk needs a concierge to help people with Split related tourist questions.
