Clean, decent amenities, lovely staff!

Room was fine, the hotel is very clean. I had the best service by one of the waiters, Gabriel. I mentioned I had a rough day with a flight cancellation, and he went out of his way to make my meal special. Thanks again!

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and courteous. Pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious, clean, beds comfortable. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness. All the vents were clean. This is one area I always check and never have I’ve seen this at other establishments.

We made the reservation last minute, when we missed our connecting flight out of Cancun. A lady at the desk of the hotel was able to walk us through getting the free shuttle to the hotel within minutes of making our reservation. We can't say thank you enough just for that kind gesture. Check-in was easy, our dinner in the hotel restaurant was perfection, the shower was wonderful. We had a quick, but nice layover stay. Best perk: the complimentary airport shuttle that functions 24 hours a day.

Nunca llego el transporte al aeropuerto estuve esperando 40 min llame al hotel y nadie contestaba tuve que pagar taxi del aeropuerto al hotel dias antes me comuniqué para programar el traslado y en recepción me dijeron que solo llamara al momento de llegar al aeropuerto,muy mal la verdad

Clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, lovely pool/hot tub area! Would've given 5 stars but neither the ac or the fan worked in our room. Very uncomfortable for sleeping and overall time in room. Did inform front desk upon checkout, hopefully they will fix prior to the next guest(room 218).

Breakfast wasnt not included as we believed it was, ac was cold plenty of ootions for dinner menu left disappointed when we found out breakfast was not included

Clean room, we had requested a baby crib and they helped us get one in the room, the transport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is great since some supposed taxis are asking ridiculous prices, we had forgotten our baby stroller and they keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. In general great service, I highly recommend them.

We stay here because of the close proximity to the airport. It’s clean and safe. We’ll definitely be back!
