I have booked 3 rooms for 6 nights. Requested for rooms service everyday. But they only did 2 days. Cafe staff was unfriendly. I was trying to order takeaway dinner and waitied for 20 mins as no one willing to serve me.

Really nice, spacious room. Hotel a short (5 mins) walk from the city centre, staff friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable trip.

The bath towels and carpet was not clean at all

The hotel was unacceptable. Front desk was often empty, staff ignored me while smoking, and check-in was rude. Our room had no proper sheets, stained pillows, mold in the bathroom, and only one towel for two people. Despite requesting service, the room was never cleaned and no extra towels were provided. A terrible experience, especially while in town for my sister’s funeral.
