Clean, modern room. Good breakfast. Easy access to shops and grocery and public transport. Elevators slow, which matters when buses of tourists come in or when everybody is rushing to get their breakfast. Staff a bit less friendly than the usual North American pattern.

Not what was described, so disappointing.

Good hotel with convention center and access to dining and shopping connected to the hotel. No fridge in my room though.

Stayed here loads of times with work. It’s well out of the city centre so don’t book it thinking you’ll be central, but it’s a nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. I like it here

Very clean hotel, friendly staff on checkout. Only let down by a lack of AC (set to max and it was at least over 20c) and pillows being a bit thin. Location is excellent for metro and trams. Being attached to a shopping centre and fitness centre are bonuses.

I loved staying there, the rooms and hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly, however the breakfast is not very good. Chowhall style buffet with fatty meat and eggs that did not look fresh, I feel a hotel like that could do a lot better than that.

Business trip and maybe 3rd or 4th time I have stayed here. It's always the same standard, fantastic. Only negative is that it's not in Prague as such, maybe a 15 min cab ride but that was fine for me.

9 night stay , so having a separate lounge area was essential as I knew jet lag would be a factor!!! Big bonus is the free breakfast (same each day but good enough to set you for the day) , but even better was the ‘kickback happy hour’ this gave 3 alcoholic drinks each, plus a basic dinner - per person between 1730 and 1900 - this was great and meant we we only actually ate out a couple times in the evening, allowing to focus on the important stuff - the honky tonks!!!!

Huge hotel inside the shopping centre and right next to the metro station. Very cosy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine.

I loved that the hotel is internally connected to a shopping mall and to the metro station. It was easy to get anywhere and you could shop for essentials without stepping outside. The only thing I would say was not great is the fact that if you get in late, there is no place to eat. We found a very basic pizza stand not far away and it did the job to feed us at 11 pm, but the hotel offers nothing at all not even at the bar. Maybe if they had 2 or 3 types of ready made sandwiches, they would make a great difference. Also, staff at the restaurant does not speak English and no one could tell me what fish was offered at the buffet breakfast (the label just says fish). Not even the chef! Overall we had a great experience, the hotel is nice and staff in general is friendly. I would definitely go back.
