The property was beautiful and people were ao nice definitely will be back. However house keeping did not stock or clean the rooms everyday

I had no issues.

3 pools and two hot tubs. 3 mins walk to the beach Great staff. Have shows on weekends by the pool. Have a casino. The vibe in the hotel was great Definitely will come back to this hotel .

My stay was amazing at La concha. The area was walkable and the service was amazing. I stayed in the ocean suite and the view was to die for. The hotel was very clean and updated. Coffee shop aroma was convenient.The Spa was amazing!! It’s a party if you stay there though! Lots of events going on. I didn’t hear the club music when I stayed which was very nice! The only thing is the pillows smelled funny but I could of asked for new pillows but I didn’t. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

La Concha Resort is packed with great amenities (I.e. pools, hot tube, beach, in-house club, bars, casino and restaurants. The food is delish, the views are amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was under construction and the front desk person was rude

The stay and staff were excellent!!! Wish they had microwaves in the rooms though. Other than that, excellent! We will be returning!!

We had an amazing stay at La Concha Hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, and beautifully updated spacious with a modern look. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk us through all the amenities available. What really made our stay special was the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting in our room when we returned such a kind and personal touch that meant a lot. It’s clear the staff truly cares about guest experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a little extra hospitality!

A pair of expensive jeans (Lucky Brand) was taken from my room. The jeans were in a paper bag on the floor near the desk. Housekeeping may have thought the bag was trash. I know mistakes happen. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would call housekeeping. I never heard back. I discussed the issue with the front desk when I checked out. No compensation was offered.

Awesome property. Staff was great, the rooms were not that clean. Sheets were stained and the showers had hair.

There was excessive noise from construction activities. This noise, including banging, beeping, hammering, drilling was constant and severe, severely impacting the ability to rest and enjoy the stay. The noise was particularly disruptive during early mornings, late evenings and causing me to have headaches. The noise made it difficult to sleep. This was especially concerning as the purpose of the stay was to relax for my birthday. As I needed time to get away due to being overworked and not taking time to fully relax. Furthermore, there was a malfunction with the elevators, which stopped unexpectedly, doors wouldn't open properly on the first day we arrived. Causing us to be stuck in the elevator 3 times.

I celebrated my 50th bday at this restaurant and I'm over the moon satisfied!! It’s the perfect location, the junior suite view of the ocean was perfect, the spa was Amazing, and the private dinner on the beach was one for the books!! I can’t wait to go back.

Beware of extra charges on your bill. Make sure you check you bill when you check out and after you get home. I had charges on my bill for the lounge bar that were not mine. 3 days after i got home they billed my card an additional $121.53. I called to find out why and they said it was an accounting mistake and would refund within 5 day. We had issues with elevators not working and they keep the stairs locked. Would not return. Not worth the price.
