Great room, comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff for good value. Will come back

Excellent hotel in the heart of Chuecca. Clean. Quaint. Surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, a metro stop, and steps away from all Madrid has to offer. This hotel is LGBTQ+ friendly. I’ll definitely be back! Only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. They said they can’t turn AC on when heat is running- so the room was very hot during warm spring days.

I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Madrid: centrally located, so much to see nearby, spacious and fun room, helpful staff (shout outs to Ahmed and Svetlana).

Right in the heart of Chueca! Walking distance from all the gay bars and restaurants. Loved it!

I didnt recomend this property the staff was no so friendly and the place where is located is not the best

Rooms need a little refresh. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful

Location was excellent. Lobby needs an update and is not particularly welcoming. Front desk staff was helpful. Front door area was dirty as day went on and needed cleaning. Rooms were small but adequate, but lighting not real good.

The Grand Via is super close and easy access to stores

Perfect location, lots of places to eat nearby and right off Gran Via. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Rooftop was closed and room smelled like Mildew. Staff was very nice though.

Pool was under construction as well as some rooms, so a bit noisy.

Nice room great location

Very comfortable, lovely stay with a lot to do nearby. Basically in the center of Madrid so lots to see and do!

Perfect location. Close to everything (metro, food, shopping...etc). Very quiet and friendly staff. The two things that I was not satisfied is: 1. The air in the rooms is centrally-controlled condition. During the time of my stay, it wasn't working, so my room was HOT HOT. I was sweating through the night. And if I open the windows for fresh air, it gets too noisy. 2. Lack of variety choices for breakfast, wish there were more options.
