Tv was too small and their was no refergator.

The room was stuffy and smelled. The room was dark, it needs an update

Rooms did not have hand soap in the bathroom no laundry bags for use clothes could not regulate temperature below 60 degrees on a real hot day

beautiful property. website, venues and other information is not consistent. was told our 17 year old guest could eat at tin rooster and after several hours of travel we were turned away. no one other than one employee seems to care at all

It was good but many very loud people shouting in the halls at 2:00 am! The room was very clean and nice.

Always feel comfortable here. Going through construction so view not the best.

They are doing construction signage would have been nice regarding where to register for our hotel the brook, otherwise all was good with our stay.

We absolutely loved our 3-day getaway! We never left the resort. Food from their different restaurants turned out superb, both spas were excellent, and the entertainment was top-notch. Lots of great spots to choose from. We stayed in the Tower and did a couples massage at Skana. Luxuriously delicious. I went for a facial at the day soa and left there feeling radiant. We also had a wonderful dinner at their rooftop steakhouse. To sum it up, loved our stay!

Even though there is quite a bit of construction ,outside going on, at the property it didn’t hinder the time we had there. Our hotel room was quite,clean and comfortable 😊
