I've stated at this property over many years. I've appreciated it because it is very convenient to visit the Finger Lakes I particularly want to commend Dom at the front desk for his friendliness and helpfulness. He helped us in many ways.

Crystal was very nice in helping us find a different room since the first room 323 tub wasn’t draining well. Keith went out of his way to find me to explain why a separate change was accidentally made and refunded given the online booking and check in.

Hotel was well maintained. Room was clean. Staff was very welcoming and they hussled during breakfast to keep customers happy and well fed. Nice experience overall.

Everyone was so nice and attentive. The only thing that does need improvement is the morning continental breakfast. No orange juice or the breakfast sandwich also no fruit. All I was able to get at 6:30am was yogurt, coffee and cereal. It was not good but other than that everything else was good. Thank you to everyone for making my stay good. I will be back soon.

Open our room wasn't ready when we got here they quickly gave us enough to put us into a suite. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was adequate although there is no fresh fruit.

Cleanliness at the bathroom could improve. We arrived late night and had some small issues with the room that was assigned to us, however, the girl at the check in was very helpful and fixed everything right away. Excellent service and effort from her part.

The bed frame was broken and unusable. They put us in a second room and there was pet hair on the floor and window seat. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the facility was just not good. I don't like to complain, but I rely on reviews when I book a hotel and I would want to know this.

Basic plain vanilla accommodations. Minimal services. Rooms are clean.
