Ended our Fueraventura holiday here with a 3 day stay in this Sport Hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed location and the quality of food served in the restaurant. Excellent facilities with extra charges for the Olympic pool.

Been there second time partially for a seminar and partially for a holiday and will return again next year. The staff is really friendly though the bar service can sometimes be very slow as there normally is only 1 person serving. All staff speak (apart from Spanish) either English or German and a lot of times both which is great (I'm German living in England).The facilities are excellent and it never feels crowded wherever you are.Obviously being a sports hotel it's brilliant if you want to keep fit in a fun environment, but you can also join in if you are as unfit as me and no one cares.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Lots of opportunities for trying out variety of exercise classes and sports.

This for me was probably the best holiday being very into fitness and health , having completed the London marathon in April , this holiday with all the variety of sport gave me the re kick start I needed to get back on track. MD Marcus has this hotel exactly where it should be, with professional friendly staff, food quality fantastic , hotel gorgeous!! I am already booking for 2018 and already excited about going back!!

A fantastic array of sports facilities in a lovely setting. The food is really healthy, good quality, plentiful and delicious and all the staff were delightful. We hope to return with all the family.

The food was poor. Hot food was served too cold. Too much sugar added to porridge. Too few staff in the dining room and too few chefs. Food was cooked too early and let go cold.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay-in a fantastic location- the onsite restaurants and bars were very well run and the staff were excellent. We are a middle aged couple not particularly interested in the miriad of sporting activities but had a quiet relaxing time.

Excellent food on site, very friendly staff making for an a superb training break away in the sun.

The hotel is comfortable and all the activities are well organised and fun.

Great concept hotel, except for the fact that every fitness or athletic activity incurred an extra charge. A better business model would probably be to charge a more realistic price that would include access to all the activities. The optional breakfast buffet was totally awesome, one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. We were AMAZED BY THE VARIETY AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD OFFERINGS and would return to Playitas Hotel for that reason alone.

Playitas is a fantastic sports resort with relaxation and customer service at its heart. The staff are fabulous and it is quiet and relaxing in the evenings. There is an amazing outdoor pool and a first class gym and bike hire centre with top of the range cervelo bikes. The staff are amazingly attentive and focussed. The rooms are comfortable and the food is varied and plentiful. Thank you for a great week.

My hotel room on level 5 had fabulous sea views and evening sun, however accessing it required either three sets of stairs or a glacier-speed funicular and lift. My last two days the funicular was shut down for annual refurbishment, although there was no notice of this at all. In fact, the resort doesn't go in for signage, so it took me half a day of walking around and around to find everything (including the stairs to my room.) The resort has a lot of big empty spaces, so it took me between 10 and 15 minutes to get across to the other side of the resort where my friends were staying in the aparthotel. The room was spacious, with an excellent shower and huge sink area. The balcony had a proper drying rack for swimsuits and washing out sports kit, which is essential in that heat. The bed linen was good quality cotton, very comfortable. We ate in the nearby village a couple of times -- you can't get fresher fish -- but the hotel food was adequate. If you're doing tri training as we were, the massive variety was welcome, but the food unexciting. Breakfast was best, with lots of fresh fruit, smoothies, protein bread, several kinds of eggs. etc. The mini supermarket is pretty good, but has an alarming amount of junk food for a resort catering to athletes. Probably the most annoying aspect of the resort is that you end up paying for many things you would expect to be included: fresh water, wifi and a kettle in your room.

We had a great family experience at the resort recommend the onsite Italian & Soanish restaurants. Great choice of sports & hire if necessary equipment. Only negative for us was the pillows weren't great and we asked for replacements but they werent feather & very lumpy. Lots of steps if in the hotel but lift & train options.

Beautiful surroundings and superb location..cleanliness 10 out of 10 and staff super helpful... You must visit as you won't be disappointed !!

Hotel an sich top in Bezug auf Lage, Ausstattung, Blick und Verpflegung, auch mit ÖPNV super zu erreichen. Leider sehr laut - ab 9:00 morgens hört man überall laute Musik mit wummernden Bässen und gebrüllte Anweisungen der Fitnesskurse, und das gefühlt den ganzen Tag über mit maximal einer kurzen Mittagspause. Und abends dasselbe aus der Bar. Ausschlafen, Mittagsschlaf, früh einschlafen bei offenem Fenster Fehlanzeige. Für Sportverrückte aber super.

Das beste Sporthotel das man sich vorstellen kann! Immer wieder gerne!

Fint ophold med alt hvad man kan ønske sig af sport. For få spisesteder åbne (marts). Lidt slidt nede i det store fællesområde men smukt omkring bygningerne i forhold til beplantning og renlighed er i top

It was amazing! The food was excellent and really tasty. Every day slight variation. The staff very kind and helpful. I can't count how many times they kinda saved my life. 😊 The facilities and sports activities were overwhelmingly many! There was so much to do I never even touched my ipad dueing the stay. Hiking possibilities and buses to take you wherever you like. I imagine that with a rented car there are even more possibilities and flexibility to enjoy. The beach is wonderful and so close by. The beautiful nature and eco garden where they grow own fruit and veggies we get at the buffet. Just wonderful! One week was not enough for me.
