This was my second stay, and we had a fantastic time. I thought I had booked a larger room, and was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Spoke with the manager and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to accommodate us and get us upgraded to a much larger room (for a fare difference). Everyone is always super helpful and nice to guests. This is somewhere that everyone should get to enjoy if and when they find themselves in southern Egypt. Especially families!

Really a nice place to stay in Luxor , Rooms are big and comfortable, very clean , and the pools are great . Breakfast and dinner included were good enough.

Amazing attention to detail. The room was immense, immaculate and so comfortable. The bathroom was awash with free goodies and slippers. Room was clean and very well presented. The air con worked and was quiet. The lighting both bright and dim to cover every eventuality. The polls are spotless and the attendant are happy to help and are pleasant and polite. An array of restaurants available to choose from. The grounds were immaculately and so clean. They an actively fight mosquito’s every evening. The staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to help. I hope to visit again soon

I recommend this hotel for a good night stay. Nice rooms, Quite, Nice restaurants, and friendly staff. 15 min drive to Luxor temple. 20 min drive to airport. Make sure every thing is working

Not transparent with pricing for activities at the resort. Called originally and quoted 130 Egypt pounds per person for sail boat and then once downstairs at lobby was $ 12 usd per person . The tea and soda on the boat was twice as much of boat . Had hotel arrange car to airport and banged up car from 1970s with carpet on seats . Barely made it to the airport . The last item of frustration was paid for breakfast buffet but had to catch an early tour and wanted to take one croissant and banana for my son and lead restaurant person accused my of trying just to take the stuff . He eventually apologized once I told him I am here with large party and already spent hundreds of usd at dinners and etc and I have a breakfast included with my stay . All in like 2.5 star US hotel which needs to improve on their hospitality to make to a solid 3 stars

Getting a taxi to the hotel is difficult at night, especially an Uber. The other drivers try to charge you more than double! The food was fairly basic standard but a lot of choice.

Nice resort. My room has a big issue

Our room was really spacious!! Could have been handicap accessible because it had that much space!! Staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive! The property is huge, so you are able to call for a cart to come pick you up! We ate at the Asian restaurant which was okay! Lobby is always busy but I would say the grounds are pretty quiet. The pool with slide obviously attracts more kids than the one located closer to the lobby. You will need an outlet adapter. The hotel does have some but we weren't able to get them to work. Pro Tip* the outlet in the bathroom under the hair dryer works with a normal US plug (wink)

Best hotel in our visit to Egypt. Wonderful people including Zakaria in the front desk.

Very beautiful hotel. An oasis from the craziness of Luxor and nice place to relax after visiting the temples !

Very nice ambience

Beautiful resort for some peace and tranquility. Pools were so relaxing, food was delicious. Views are spectacular and breathtaking. I stayed with my family two adults and two teens. Almost want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get overrun. Try their ice creams everyday, book a felluca ride early on. check the activity board for daily activities (fishing on the nile). Other guests are so respectful limiting noise, everyone picks up after themselves, greeting each other. Staff are respectful and friendly.

Services is really bad employee aren't good and price is expensive for Egypt and thair service

One of the best holiday we have had so far! I know may people have commented on how beautiful the grounds of this property is, but i need to reiterate that is wonderfully gorgeous. The staff could not do enough to ensure our comfort, they were so courteous, warm and welcoming. I travelled with my teenagers and we had a fantastic few days. Thanks to the hardworking staff at Jolie Luxor.

It is a beautiful area with convenience to dining, fitness, and swimming areas. Our group love the atmosphere and the services. The rooms are very spacious housekeeping does an excellent job. Highly recommend staying here.

A fantastic location right on the Nile. Beautiful gardens. The property is showing its age, furnishings are old, the decor showing its age. Staff are terrific and are happy to help if you need them. Definitely would stsy again.

Service and restourant is not good you have to waiting for food almost one hours

Nice resort with lots to do. The pools are fantastic. Communication prior to checkin to arrange airport pick ups wasn’t easy. Emails are not responded to, its better to call.

Amazing hotel! Perfect to connect with nature! The staff is kind and specially the Manager! I totally recommend it to have a safe and pleasant stay in Luxor! Best hotel we found for sure!
