Room and staff very good and helpful. Just one thing. Road is going to be noisy around 6-7 o'clock at the morning so maybe a good Idea

Great hotel but very noisy bar across the road! Double glazing definitely helped but not soundproof. It wasn't an issue to us and the hotel value and cleanliness definitely more than made up for it but good to be aware that it can be noisy (we stayed on a Friday night so probably quieter midweek??)

Rooms were very sizeable, modern and clean.

Pleasant stay in a lovely area

This property was very beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again on any future visits. Highly recommended and our relatives that live in the area say it’s the best property in town.

Great upmarket hotel in a nice area

Lovely room, low floor as requested.

Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure.

lovely hotel ,i have stayed there a few times while working in helmond ,came with wife for weekend ,service a bit slow in garden but not a issue ,would recommend

Great location! Right across from town’s main area and the castle. Very walkable. Grocery stores, market days, small local mall, mini zoo, lots restaurants, even a Michellin star restaurant! Great staff! Super helpful and friendly! The food and drink are great! Very reasonable. The property is old and lack of maintenance, lights don’t work, fridges are not cold, stinky dishwasher, the vents above the stove don’t work and super dirty, dark, drains don’t work very well, water is green and smells, small old thin towels, falling apart carpets, all the rooms smell musty, rooms facing the main street is super noisy till 4 am, parking spaces are very tight. But the rooms are relatively big.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Our room oveooked a busy road, which was rsther noisy. The location was ideal for our needs
